I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasnât anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesnât know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didnât know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this companyâs payment platform is a huge security risk.

In order to enjoy the food, youâll have to put one of their sauces on it. The food taste bland without it. No seasoning, no love. Iâm someone who loves and appreciates food. For this location, no love is given. I ran out of the house without eating so I was extremely hungry. I had no choice, but to eat it.

Ordered on the app to save time being that I have work I get here and my order isnât out and ready which isnât a huge deal what made me upset is Iâve been standing at the counter for at least 7 minutes and no one has even greeted me to see what Iâm here for but I can hear at least 3 employees in the back laughing and joining loudly I never had this experience going to the manahawkin store
