I placed an order via their online app and the third party deliverer never arrived with my food so I caller to check on the order and even though the issue wasn't theirs, they delivered the order themselves

I ordered for the first time here. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken. The bowl was missing the chicken. The website sent the order to the store missing the grilled chicken so definitely not the fault of the store. When I came back they showed me the slip confirming that the mistake was on the end of the website. They were super nice about it and just added the grilled chicken to the bowl for me. Both people working there were helpful and nice.

I’ve been to a lot of Bubbakoo’s locations and I must say that THIS SPOT DOES IT BEST. The employees are always super chill, attentive, and will roll up the fattest burritos you’ve ever seen. You can tell the management is great and they respect the locals. Best burrito in Toms River!!!

Great food, friendly staff and clean restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. Staff gave advice on different toppings and was patient with us, as it was our first time.
I have no complaints towards the workers themselves but this store needs help. From experience, if you were to see the back half of this store you would not want to eat here. Take my word… walk-in refrigerator is regularly broken and same with the soda machines. They do not take proper precautions for cleaning. This is clearly not the workers fault as they try there best with the equipment they are provided but stems back to the general and regional managers who should be taking better strides to care for there stores.
