Capone's Gourmet Pizza & Pasta

Ordered thru slice n pizza never showed up.. waited an hour..!! finally chatted with slice n was told the pizza would be delivered.. asked if they were making a fresh one.. they said no.. they’re delivering the one that’s been sitting waiting to be picked up( it was supposed to be delivered).. waited another hour.. was told by slice that the delivery person delivered the pizza and spoke with the person who answered the door!!!! Lying piece of crap! Never delivered it.. and never talked to anyone here! Never again!

Ordered tonight using the slice app. It took an hour and forty minutes for my food to arrive to me and when it finally did it was cold. I complained to slice and was told this store doesn’t authorize discounts or refunds due to delays. I understand having to wait for food on busy nights but for the amount food costs your food should arrive to you hot and if it doesn’t the store should take care of their customers and make good on the order.

Came here with my mom and sister didn’t know we needed reservations they sat us and idk if the owner or who that works there old bald guy was very rude trying to rush us in and out banged a chair against our table didn’t say sorry or anything food is great but will never go there again was treated very poorly bad expierience

Moved on to different pizza place unfortunately. Calling on a Friday or Saturday night to order consistently led to multiple holds and hang ups by young woman who answers phone. Ordered delivery two times and both times orders were incorrect. Bummer because we really enjoyed it initially.

Moved here mid June and wasn't sure where to go for pizza. Based on Google reviews we started ordering from/going to Capone's. Have not had one bad meal. We have enjoyed every dinner and pizza we bought. Service has always been great. So glad we found this place

The food here is always amazing. But the service isn't what it used to be. I've had amazing service and also not so great. So it depends on the luck of the draw which kind of server you'll get. I will say the good ones outnumber the bad ones.

Pizza and wings were extremely good, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. However the only reason its not 5 stars is because of the delivery driver. This delivery driver drives a grey/silver dodge avenger so beware of him. I forgot to include a tip, which I own up to it and tried to fix , i always tip when i order delivery, but the fact that he gave such a nasty attitude to my younger sister who answered the door when he came back demanding a tip. The second time he came back to my door, he claimed I was $1 short even though I counted the money for the pizzas i ordered. I get it we all make mistakes and have bad days, but to give my sister and myself a nasty attitude when I tried fixing my mistakes is not right. I was calm and nice about it, I did not raise my voice at him either. hopefully the owner sees this and does something about this delivery driver. I do not expect a free meal or drink , however I do expect the owner to do something about this delivery driver, btw I do have it recorded on my Ring doorbell camera.

I can’t get over this place , first of all the waitress was so nice . She was ready to answer all my questions , made great recommendations and was very attentive . Ok, now the important part the fooodddd. First of all the special garlic bread was an explosion. So freaking good that i had to stop to eat it with my food . We also got the chicken parm and chicken franchise, delicious ! We kept it simple considering it was a first time . Can’t wait to try diff things on the menu ! Our new spot ❤️
