Told 40 minute wait for delivery, and it took over an hour and a half!!! When called after 80 minutes, was told "it should be on the way". Driver was not apologetic, said "they're really busy". If busy, then adjust time estimate accordingly 😤 Unacceptable business practice.

Great with allergies and pizza is delicious! I always get a gluten free personal pie with extra cheese and ask for it to be extra well done? They are super quick and always same great flavor.

Terrible service, it's a Tuesday evening (not a weekend) and I waited over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered lady on phone told me 3 times in the past hour it's on its way when it's not. I canceled my order and she didn't seem to care at all. Charlie's is great but whoever they have answering the phone is terrible at her job.

Black hair on pizza and offered a credit which we will never go baci after that but asked if I would drive back the slices no one ate already whichI shouldn't have to run back because I have hair in my food. I wasn't looking for credit for entire purchase but my 2 slices should be covered. No one has black hair that looks like a public hair in my house and no one touched the pizza box but me and I have long blonde hair.
I also sent a picture to them of my mushroom slice with the hair on it.
