Hello dear reviewers,
unfortunately I making this review because I had received the absolute NASTIEST attitude all because cups on a separate check??? God forbid a guy has to split the check. She gave me a look like i was the brokest person she’s ever seen, and yk i might be but the attitude was not deserving. this post is not a joke, she genuinely had the rudest cadence to her. but food was good! 🥹 (yes that’s the worker in the photo)

This place is run by children with no supervision, thats why its this bad. The staff clearly doesn't care, and its a recipe for disaster w/fresh food. Last night I ordered a burrito no meat, the girl put a huge ladle of sour cream on it, like Gigantic by anyones standards. when I actually tasted it, the sour cream tasted like the refrigerator (as if it was stored uncovered) then when I thought for a sec bout what the store looks like and how indifferent the staff is I thought to myself....oh this is a bad combo. sure enough, I woke up sick this morning and chipotle is literally the only thing I ate yesterday. Bottom line...spend a little more and hire some competent staff so u dont start getting people sick or close your doors.

It’s always some BS with this location. I’m pregnant so granted I am a little sensitive- but chipotle is one of the only things I can stomach right now. A very basic bowl. 30 minutes after they opened, I get to the end of the line and they tell me their guac isn’t made yet. And that I can wait 15 minutes for it to be done. Perfect, when my bowl is cold and sitting for 15 minutes they can top it with guac. How does a store not have everything prepared 30 MINUTES after opening? Never again.

The worst experience I ever had I should have read the reviews. First this place needs to be shut down it's very filthy the girl in there looks like she doesn't wanna be in there the the boys running the front can't even roll Burrito.The beens was a mass were all the food is held even veggie side was a mass. It's only 1:30pm and that place looks like it has never been cleaned. There all on something they can't even function or keep this establishment together people these days don't want to work .They all around 20 years of age help us all do not eat here not clean bad service to .

DIRTY DIRTY!! The floor and tablets all dirty. Disgusting. I didn't even want to use the bathroom in fear of that being dirty. No excuse. Just imagine the kitchen! The staffs lackadaisical attitude. Overheard complaining about other staff not pulling their weight. Cross my fingers not to get sick in this joint.

This customer service in this place is just awful! First both the line cook and register were cursing in front of my kids. Then the food that was given was just thrown together as if nobody wanted to be doing there job. Also every Chipotle we've been to offers military discount but not this one. My wife asked and the guy was rude in response. Please do better and get employees that want to work and don't curse in a family atmosphere.

I went to this chipotle tonight (friday august 29) around 9pm. The worker who helped me was literally the nicest chipotle worker I’ve ever met. Usually when I go in this chipotle, the workers barely even say hi and it seems like they’re annoyed that I walked in - never a great experience. This man greeted me, asked me about my shirt, talked to me about college and was super polite when taking my order. I’m writing a review because he genuinely deserves a raise. I heard coworkers saying alex, so that may have been his name, but I’m not really sure!

To start with when we walked in the door, I never saw a restaurant facility so filthy dirty! And filthy dirty is an understatement for sure. I thought about turning around and walking out, but against our better judgment we ordered. Employees were extremely rude, especially the boy at the register who had a rag on his head who had a very bad attitude and gave us very bad nasty looks as if we were bothering him. I did ask to speak with the manager to complain who came out and was about one step above the Rude register boy and filthy dirty restaurant. She said they we’re busy and didn’t have time to clean the tables. What?? There was not one other person in the restaurant eating, so I’m not sure why someone couldn’t have wiped down the tables, every single one of them was very dirty and the floor was no better! I wanted to return my food because the food serving station was also pretty disgusting, very disheveled with food spilled all around it, but I was embarrassed to ask for a refund after they rang us up. We will not be eating the food we just purchased for fear of getting sick. I will never visit this place again and I surely hope somehow corporate gets a hold of this review and does something to fix all this. This is completely unacceptable. I will reach out to corporate personally outside of this Google page, but wanted to post here because I feel like more of the general public will be forewarned hopefully by this Google review.
