every time i get a bowl i get a side of queso and chips and the chips are always stale and they give me 1/4 of the cup for queso and they charge like 3 dollars for queso

I don't know why I try. I have never gotten a burrito here that's stayed a burrito for more than 3 bites. Employees all look miserable with one even hanging across the front counter texting. So much salt on the chips they're inedible not to mention all smashed. Overall just another crappy experience at this spot. Disappointing on every level yet again

I have never had a good experience at this Chipotle. I always try to be optimistic and give this location one more shot but this will unfortunately be the last time. Every single time I walk up to the counter I am never greeted. Believe it or not I actually had an employee once roll her eyes at me because I interrupted her conversation with another employee. Overall, the entire staff is extremely unprofessional and looks like they hate it there. I could continue and talk about how distasteful the food always looks but it looks like enough people have wrote reviews about this problem already. I hope this place makes a come back but until then I will find another location.
My co-workers and I got lunch takeout today and was very disappointed. I got a chicken bowl , my coworkers ordered a brisket bowl and brisket burrito. When we opened up the items , they did not give brisket for both the burrito or bowl (which is more money) they gave steak instead. My chicken bowl only had few pieces of chicken and majority just beans, and the rice was crunchy.
