There’s a few chipotles in the area and this is by far the best one!! Came in tonight around 8 PM. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were stocked and hot/fresh, and the staff was so kind. I know it’s not the most glamorous of jobs, but cashier with the mustache and guy on the line were so nice. This puts the other location on Hooper to SHAME!! I had to leave there and come here and will never go to the other one again. 37 chipotle all the way!! Thank you for doing your jobs and doing them well! A little kindness and preparation go a long way in this industry.

Asked for extra carne asada after getting a small single scoop for my protein and when giving the second scoop the worker emptied only half the spoon full in the bowl and then put the rest back in the bin! It cost $7.50 for an extra half scoop! The girl was stingy with everything else as well, not worth a $28.00 bowl . She seems new but still this is the second time its happened with this employee. Im usually very patient and always say please and thank you so Im pretty disappointed.

I’m never gonna tip for to go again literally skimp ever portion of the meal yet have the audacity to ask for extra money at least put a real amount of cheese or rice or beans not even gonna mention the sparse amount of chicken placed i never thought a salad could have more tomatoes then lettuce

I came here on06/26/2025 and I got the chicken bowl with my tortilla on the side. When I got home i started eating and was something hard in my food, immediately I got disgusted and it was unacceptable. Fast forward 1 day later I went back and I talked to the manager Justin about my concerns, he was very attentive so sweet and nice. He took care of me very well without any issue, I just want to say I truly appreciate his innerstanding. He’s the best!!!
