This place is brand new and it was a garbage dump!!!! The food absolutely sucks, I wouldn’t recommend eating there

This place is disgusting nobody knows how to clean the food section where they prepare was a garbage dump the food looked old and it wasn’t kept at the right temperatures I can tell cuz the lettuce looked wilted an the other items were turning brown in color everything was thrown around all over the place…the table area and floor was disgusting . …this place is filthy an disgusting the grill looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, an they were cooking on it. If I was a health inspector I’d shut both locations down immediately…the one on hooper ave is worse than this one. Seems like none of the workers know how to clean at any of these locations…Don’t waste your time or money at any of the 2 locations go to chili’s or another Mexican grill. I will never go back ,I seen enough.

Tonight was my first time trying this chipotle. I was hoping that because it was new that they would at least try harder to be successful. The kid in the back was making rice and eating food at the same time. I literally watched the food fall out of his mouth onto what should be a clean surface. The tortilla chips were so stale that we could only have one. All in all, extremely disappointed. I honestly feel bad but if you guys don’t correct this soon, you’ll fail miserably during the summer season. Good luck.

Very disappointed. The lettuce was red and wilted. The black beans were hard I couldn’t eat them. The guacamole was brown. The entire cup! Was looking forward to coming to this location.

My second time here and disappointed again. First time I asked for a “little bit” of hot salsa and she graciously poured an entire ladle on. I legitimately couldn’t taste anything because my mouth was on fire. The trash was overflowing and there were no lids for drinks out.This time, the queso was empty and I was told “4 mins” to wait for it. The lettuce was brown and slimy. Both the chicken and steak were overcooked and dry. The black beans were crusty looking. The employees looked miserable.If you want great service, fresh and delicious food and a spotless dining room- the Chipotle on 9 in Lacey is worth the drive. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Been an avid Chipotle patron for over a decade and absolutely love them. Eaten their food in many different states and this is the second location that opened in my home town. Visited this location 3 times since it opened between 11:30am and 12:30pm, and everything about the experience was great except one inconsistency. The Chips. Each visit, a large bag was purchased and each time they were either over salted, under cooked, or stale. The amount inside the bags also varied.
