Tried to buy Cinnabons but employeess weren’t there to open on time, told to wait, supposed to be open at 11. At 11:22 told we are ready, order a Cinnabon and was told it will be 20 more minutes. What a joke!

I’m so disappointed I love Cinnabon and was so excited to hear a free Cinnabon was being given to nurses today for nurses day. I got to the counter and no one was there and waited 15 minutes before giving up. Usually have a great experience here but I’m truly upset about missing out just because there were no employees present.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU STAYED OPEN PER ADVERTISED TIMES 9 PM NOT CLOSE BEFORE AND ALSO HAVE A WORKING PHONE SO CUSTOMERS CAN REACH YOU. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Wasn't able to use my birthday reward because their scanner wasn't working. This is the second time I've been unable to use rewards and I'm getting tired of going out of my way to the mall for no other reason
