Wasn't able to use my birthday reward because their scanner wasn't working. This is the second time I've been unable to use rewards and I'm getting tired of going out of my way to the mall for no other reason

I have a coupon for buy one, get one free rolls, that has been used at this location. Today, the employee insisted they do not take the coupon.Then, she asked someone else and found out she was wrong. I told her forget about my order and give my coupon back, but they already ripped it up.
