The ladies who work there are sweet and nice. They got the best hot chocolate and food there. You should definitely go you won't regret it!!

online it says the place opens at 10 AM. The woman doesn't come in to 10 AM and says I have to wait an hour before they're really open to get a Cinnabon.

Wasn't able to use my birthday reward because their scanner wasn't working. This is the second time I've been unable to use rewards and I'm getting tired of going out of my way to the mall for no other reason
Way better coffee than Starbucks, half the price. Saying "medium" doesn't draw stares.

I have a coupon for buy one, get one free rolls, that has been used at this location. Today, the employee insisted they do not take the coupon.Then, she asked someone else and found out she was wrong. I told her forget about my order and give my coupon back, but they already ripped it up.
