Stopped in half hour before closing I guess the lazy employees didn't want to work as they hid in the back for 15 min until I just left will never return to this location you can't trust lazy employees with food safety

I’d put zero stars if I could. I placed an order for delivery and was told it would be @45 min. Over 1 1/2 hrs later no food was delivered and nobody answered the phone at the restaurant, but they did charge my card.

So underrated! Way better than Chick-Fil-A ! Bigger rolls ,portions, and fries!! Chick-Fil-A is like the IPhone, everyone thinks it's the best, but it's not!! No where close! Try the Roman!

This place really has gone downhill, my grandson and granddaughter go there to pick up our dinner order, which was all sealed up, they get home and the most expensive meal which was $20 was missing the 10 chicken wings, they sent the fries, I called their and spoke to 3 different people who didn't seem to understand the 10 wings were missing from the meal, after being put on hold several times, the conclusion was well you come pick them up or I give you credit, since they are not close I said give me credit I'll just eat my fries. Then she said hold on and then changed her mind and said she would take care of it. We will see, what has happened to customer service. Mrs Weaver

Don't know much about the atmosphere but I spent 50.00 on old chicken and refried food full of grease both chicken and greasy sides! I did the last time too but thought to give another try but fooled again!!! Last time I'm throwing my money to people that could care less about food quality and customer satisfaction!
They removed the potato wedge clicker spuds from the menu and the wingers are now a RIDICULOUS price.They're still delicious, but I won't be going back any time soon at those prices and with one of my fave things removed from the menu.I spent over $40 on wings and didn't even get any celery! Such a disappointing experience.

You know honestly I've only eaten here once but this is one of those chains that doesn't need 500 stores to survive. Certainly not really healthy fare or anything like that but it's called Cluck U Chicken for a reason. It's awesome fried chicken and other deliciously fried items. Definitely recommended, and way better than any of those garbage chains like KFC or Popeyes.
