They could use a little brightening up and maybe some upgrades.

Placed an order and was I overcharged. I arrive to pick up order and was charged a Pick Up fee! Now when did that start?And why would you charge your customers for picking up their food?! It certainly doesn’t encourage dining in. Disappointed. Not nearly the same as it was twenty years ago.Never going back

Terrible. My wife and I were the only people in the store when we arrived. That should have told me something. Both our meals were NOT good and I had pancakes. How much trouble do you have to go to to ruin pancakes. We'll, they did!. Likely the batter was old and dry which yielded dry and cakey pancakes. Not good. Last time I will be there.

Will never come here or order from here again...i ordered $60 dinner take out for the family and every item i ordered was wrong. I mean every single item!!! Asked for a grilled chicken wrap just lettuce and mayo.....they gave me a chicken panini with nothing on it......ordered a bacon cheese burger well done it came rare and bacon was barely cooked....... ordered a athena wrap no tomato and it came with tomato......shouldnt have to pick through food when i ordered it the way we wanted it. ....it has been happening every damn time we get food from here.... i have had enough and spent enough money at a poorly run establishment. I dont reccomend

1:30 pm stop in for food. 4% fee for credit card use-have cash or debit! Chose bagel cr cheese and smoked salmon waitress very nice, polite, made suggestions .lnformed me that all baking done in premises . Plain bagel VERY lightly toasted w chai hot tea was order. Great plate of food came quickly after I received my hot cup of tea. A very lightly toasted bagel arrived with two packs of cream cheese and a huge amount of smoked salmon with lettuce, tomato, sliced carrot and onion on the side. The salmon was delicious and the bagel was so fresh and just perfectly toasted. I took the vegetables home with me because I don’t like to waste anything and I also asked for a cup of ice water which she brought quickly on the way out. I did see that there was baklava in the dessert case so I did take two pieces home. Unfortunately, the dessert didn’t meet my standards. Pastry layers were very soggy and it must’ve been in the case for a while, but my meal there and my service was excellent. I would definitely go back and the gentleman who look like an owner was starting to do the register and he was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping hereanytime of the day or night if Service was as good and the food was as good that I received. You’ll have a terrific meal.

Absolutely terrible. Server took our drink order and must have forgotten the moment she walked away from the table. 20 minutes later with our drinks. Took our order and food came out in a timely fashion which was nice. But did I mention after having a cigarette with the hostess, she came back to our table to see if we needed anything else. No hand washing, nothing. This diner USED to be amazing…. Clearly not any more. Such a shame. Do better.

First time customer and I can see why their rating is what it is. Silverware smelt like dirty dish towels. Breakfast was average granted it's a diner. Definitely needs major remodeling and cleaning. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. Definitely not gonna come back. I see why the other Breakfast spots are packed compared to this place. Wish we read the reviews first
