Went to ocean county mall for Daddio's rotisserie on March 21, 2025 at approx 5:50 pm. I waited 20 min without anyone offering to take my order or even acknowledge me. Disgusted, I walked away.
HIRE MORE HELP! Stop trying to make money by not hiring staff! There should be someone at EVERY register during operating hours to take orders! Why go here when there are so many other places that wait on customers and serve similar food? Fix it!

FALSE ADVERTISING. If you make the mistake of going here, make sure you check what price they're charging. Their menu said a bottle of water was $1. They rang up $1.56 each. When I questioned the cashier, she tried to claim it was tax. First of all, the tax rate isn't over 50%. Second of all, the tax was added in on the bottom of the screen, in addition to the $1.56 per bottle. When I pointed these things out, the cashier then said their prices frequently change, as if that would explain the false advertising. Their menu board is digital, so a price change can be updated very quickly. They would not honor the advertised price. I realize it's a 56 cent difference per bottle, but it's the principle of the matter. If you're going to list a price on your menu, you need to honor it. I walked away and will not go back. I wonder how many people they've ripped off with this scam?

They served me raw rotisserie and fried chicken, spoiled rice and dry a$$ biscuits. They also double tax their food. Wasted money. Better find new cooks serving uncooked food. I will be contacting BBB and state to check food quality..

I gave them my order and asked for a cup of water. I needed a little water to take a pill. This is in Ocean County Mall. The lady told me I had to pay for it. That's ridiculous and unprofessional. No place of business would deny you a cup of water. Noon time and no one was there. There are many one star reviews here. I wonder why.

The fried chicken sandwich was like chewing rawhide. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was tasteless and watery. Will not be eating at the food court if this is any indication of the Daddios brand.

They are very cheap and we spent $30 on food and they didn’t even want to give us a box to take home our very average food. Charged us extra for bbq sauce. Unreal. Avoid at all costs staff was very rude and condescending.
