Imagine waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for your food to be delivered and the only reason you knew it was going to be delayed was because you reached out yourself. I get that places are short staffed but if you would call the customers and inform them of the staffing issue I’m sure they would come pick the food up. No apology when I called and I still had to pay full price for food that was cold when I received it. Only person to say sorry was the delivery driver. DO BETTER.
