This place is horrible tonight I made an order that took over a hour and a half my food was cold my chicken was uncooked and my pizza was turned over on top of that the drive came to knock on my door and asked my husband to grab it out his car and then had the nerve to ask if a tip sound be taken out of my card I called to speak with a manager and as I started to complain about this situation the manager decided to hang up this place needs to be shut down if your so short on staff

The store is a joke they take over an hour and a half to deliver your food and then halfway through you waiting try to mark your order as completed when it has not because they're just trying to not look bad to corporate for taking way too long. it's truly ridiculous here definitely use a different location if possible

Store closed out order on app. I called and the manager was rude and arrogant. Asked me to not pay attention to the app!?! This isn’t the first time they failed with delivery service either. I’ll pickup from Lakehurst store from now on.

Just avoid this dominos! Got burned twice with delivery. It took an hour and a half to get the food it was cold the time it got here. The driver clearly was taking multiple deliveries when we watched the teacher. I get it’s normal for that to happen but the other delivery was way out the way. I know domino’s expectations for its product and service and this place is a joke. The only good thing I can say is the pizza was constructed good just a shame it was cold.

Placed an order at 6:30pm watched the tracker state order started being prepped at 6:58pm. My order didn't get put in the oven until 7:38 pm . So I called can asked if I could just come pick up my order as it's already 7:40pm and I have a toddler waiting to eat to go to bed. I was told I could but I couldn't get the delivery fee or my tip refunded back to me or even some type of compensation for the fact that my order sat on the counter for 40 + minutes . the lady I spoke to stated she " just found my order on the counter and threw it in the oven " and still proceeded to apologize for not being able to compensate me what's so ever. good job team members

If i can give a 0 i would i order from this place about a week or so ago , i paid with card and got it delivered to my house my brother didn’t know i had paid with card forgot to tell him and the guy who delivered the food still charged my brother for the food tht was already paid with card , i called and they said they will get back to me in two days or three i didn’t get no call nor my money so i basically paid 100$ for one pizza and a cookie brownie

The pizza was not bad but definitely not NY style crust. Too thick and doughy. The wings have very little sauce on them. Definitely not worth $30 I spent on delivery.

I AM A REGISTERED LOCAL GUIDE!

This was the first order from that location and in EVERY way, we were utterly displeased. Yes, lower then a zero would be alloyed, if the score were available.

1.Delivery man rang my phone, did not identify himself and stated the following in a broken Nigerian or Jamaican accent, ‘You want your pizza, open ‘d door.’ (Really?!?!)

2. The order was wrong!

3. When calling to let the store know of the error, worker Kiley stated,’ Listen, we’re not sending him out again that way, so what you wanna do? Here, talk to my manager.’ (Pardon ME!?!)

4. The “Manager” refused her first name. Then, hung up. (Par for the course. An environment of utter disgust!)
