Dunkin' donuts were the best when they actually made the donuts on premises.
Now, you can't get a dozen donuts with your first choice of donuts.
They're always out of something. Disappointing.
Their sandwiches are good, and coffee's are good. Not the same as they once were.

Bought ice cream pre-packaged and the price was 2 for 15.99 was charged 17.99 when I mentioned it I was told that is the way it is. I asked for a manager and was told I couldn't have the managers name. I will never come back here ever. Poor customer service.

On top of being inconsistent, the employees treat you like dirt when you complain about the drinks and ask them to remake it. Their espresso is always weak and super light in color. There’s one girl there who has some pink in her hair, she’s extremely nice and I’ve never had an issue with her. And there’s another employee that make lattes and macchiatos perfect - I wish I Knew her schedule so I could stop wasting my time and money.

This Dunkin charges more money then other dunkin' donuts in the area as stated by an employee working there it is privately owned therefore the owner can charge more there's another Dunkin about 5 minutes up the road on route 37 West that is cheaper and has much better service on average they will charge about $1 - $2 extra per coffee

Employees are not friendly. Very simple instructions. Extra toasted dark for a sandwich. Then they seem to have a problem with you because it's not the way you asked when they give it to you. My bag was tossed onto the counter towards me while I was standing there very simply could have handed it to me. If you don't like where you're working don't take it out on the customers find another job.

The older woman working the drive-thru window is so nasty and rude. Originally I ordered 35 munchkins because 50 would be more than I needed however when I arrived at the window the cost for 35 munchkins was almost 14 dollars so I asked to get 50 instead because that was the same price. She immediately told me no, I already checked you out. Great customer service! Then another guy came to the window to give me my order and I asked him if I can get 50 instead of the 35 and he said absolutely, no problem. He proceeded to give me the extra munchkins and asked the older rude women if he should charge me for extra, which I had no problem at all paying for, or if they should just forget it since I was already checked out. She immediately said “no charge her”. So I wound up paying 5 more dollars for a 50 count munchkin box. Won’t be returning to this location because of their sneaky ways and their old crabby senior citizens who work there. The guy who works there is awesome though!!
