Was there around 9 am and my daughter found hair in her wrap. What’s going on I called a couple of weeks ago because it was on the coffee lid. When I called before i didn’t even ask for my money back just wanted them to know and here we go again today disgusting

Looked for certain things for my kids while waiting for one of the EIGHT MEMBERS to acknowledge and assist. I got stared at by all of them while they were too busy in conversation to help. When one popped up out of nowhere she was nice and took my order. Got home had to reheat my coffee only to find coffee grounds in both cups. Mind you no lines inside or out!

Maybe next time you see two elderly intellectually disabled individuals eating ice cream, you’ll allow them to finish their food instead of rushing them out so you can start closing the inside. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Aweful experience...ordered hot tea and when they guy handed it to me I had no idea the top was never on. As I went to place it in the cup holder it spilled all over me and my car. I turned back to ask for Napkins and no one was at the window.

Been there 4 times asked for boston cream and jelly donuts. Every time they said they're out of these. Should have a sufficient supply of these popular donuts.
