My experiences at this Dunkin’ are usually always smooth and friendly. The staff is typically always very attentive, quick, and kind. My past few experiences have not been anything like that, as I have been encountering the same employee, Ron, who is seemingly unable to follow instructions or put together orders effectively. I watched as he did not switch gloves from grabbing donuts and using the POS, rudely and inappropriately interacted with his fellow employees, and huffed and puffed about having to remake a drink that he had made wrong. I have come back after this, thinking it was a one-time negative interaction, and still have seen him working seemingly every time I want a drink or something to eat here and have found myself dreading the interaction with him taking my order or watching him make it up. I have never encountered any other type of issues with any other employees here, other than being ghosted by the management upon scheduling an interview with them months back - honestly that should’ve been my red flag to stop returning to this specific dunkin location - I’d recommend getting a nice drink and snack at Revolutionary Lounge in Toms River instead for a far better atmosphere and options.

If I could give a zero I would. I went through drive through at 930 am got a bagel with cream cheese donuts and a protein drink. My bagel they put garbage in yeah garbage I ate garbage. The donuts old and hard disgusting after these finding i wasn't even chance it with the drink lord only knows what they may have put in it. On top of that they charged me $21 only gave me receipt for bagel smdh. Went back after I got off work and was told no manager was in.

From the moment you walk in (or roll through the drive-thru), you are met with the friendliest, most efficient, and most positive team around. They genuinely seem happy to be there, and it shows in every interaction. My order is consistently prepared perfectly and quickly, and they always go the extra mile with a warm smile and a kind word. Even when the line is long, they handle the rush with grace and speed, making the wait time feel minimal. Thank you to the entire team for starting my day off right! And of course, I love the products! My coffee is always hot and delicious, exactly how I ordered it, and their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are consistently fresh and top-notch. This location truly sets the gold standard for both service and quality. If you're looking for great Dunkin' products served by an incredibly hardworking and wonderful crew, this is the spot! Cold brew coffee was terrible. I am an avid Dunkin Donuts customer but the coffee at this location is bitter and burnt tasting. I do NOT recommend this location to others.

Walked in and there was a guy and a couple sitting at a table. The guy apparently was a wedding planner and was loud and obnoxious. Went to the counter and the guy that was helping me was in a rush because he was supposed to have left already. Ordered a dozen donuts, 6 Boston cream and 6 jelly. 2 jelly were eaten and I think there may have been a tsp of jelly between them. I had a Boston cream that literally had zero cream in it. I live around the corner and will be driving to Jackson next time im in the mood for Dunkin.
