I stopped here for a quick stop, and the employees were so rude. I was the only customer in the dunkin, and there was three employees at the front desk, and they were ignoring me, when they clearly saw me, standing there. I can’t believe I got this type of attitude, it’s disgusting.

I went to the drive thru for a hot coffee and a doughnut. The coffee was awful tasted like water. I asked for one Splenda, and nothing in it. And to make my visit worse….The doughnut was stale!!!! Will never visit there again!!! I came home and made my own coffee!
I keep getting coffee grinds in my coffee every time I get coffee here.

I’m really disappointed. I frequent this DD often. I tip $1 with almost every visit. This morning I went in to order my kids a box of 25 glazed only munchkins. As I do every Saturday. I saw two trays of glazed munchkins. One was a tray full of smashed up munchkins. The other tray said “old fashioned glazed” and looked normal (unmashed). So I ordered a box of 25 old fashioned. When I got home I had a box of smashed up munchkins. Not one unsmashed munchkins in the box. Sad to say this was probably my last visit to this DD. And it’s right in my neighborhood.The icing on the cake, I waited for 5 minutes for (1) one black coffee. I was the only one in the lobby. A girl finally asked me what I was waiting for.

Nice new Dunkin, I come here often to get my coffee because the Dunkin by my house has the most BITTER Coffee. This Dunkin is new and the coffee here is like night and day better. Tastes fresh and delicious.

When the store was first opened they never messed up my order has time went by I never received my order right. Today I ordered the hash with cheese. I get no cheese but hash browns in the container. It’s just a waste of money.
