This Dunkin' Donuts is an absolute nightmare. The staff acts like they couldn’t care less, probably the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I go, the food is screwed up beyond belief—like they don’t even bother to get a simple order right. It’s honestly pathetic how terrible this place is. This Dunkin' Donuts is a complete joke. The staff is terrible, acting like they don’t care at all, and they constantly mess up orders. And the manager Andrew? He’s just as bad—totally useless and looks way too soft to handle anything. It’s no wonder the place runs so poorly when the leadership is that weak.

The lady in the window was nice but I got home to eat my bacon sandwhich and the bacon wasn’t even cooked at all just stringy and nasty I almost thru up

if you order here make sure the barista aras is in the back smoking or something because it’s gotten to the point if it isn’t one of the hispanic females making your stuff it’s coming out poorly, all was good though one of them remade my signature latte and it was the bomb

Went on three separate occasions spend a lot of money on munchkins and coffee on one occasions because of god knows what all those girls are doing all the time most of the time it seems like they're playing or worried about who's buying something then there job they didnt give us our whole order second time orderd an iced latte made with specific instructions so it was a specific iced drink and got a hot coffee from the drive thru attendant and then when I proceeded to tell them I ordered an iced drink everyone working thought it was funny specifically each time the girl with the dark light blondeish hair with the visor on ordered munchkins one time from a young gentleman who works the front asked for five boxes 10 munchkins each the boxes had various numbers and some looked like they where crushed

I will never stop back at this location again. We stopped there midday to get a box of Joe and a dozen donuts. The front door was locked. The person inside had a lousy attitude and just gestured to go through the drive-thru. If you're just a drive-thru then what was the purpose of having tables and chairs? And if there was a reason for locking the inside then had the decency to put a sign on the door explaining. Don't have somebody with a terrible attitude making gestures from the window

My “macchiato” that’s basically just milk. So inconsistent and lazy.
Came to this location this morning June 6, 2025 at 7:15am and I asked for a vanilla chai latte with a little bit of cinnamon, almond milk and 4 Boston cream donuts and 1- No almond milk was put in it, no cinnamon, my friend didn’t get the sugar he wanted on his donkashino like he wanted and the Boston cream donuts were thrown in the bag, stale and no napkins after spending almost $15 dollars and since I didn’t want the donuts I came back to the store and left them in the counter waiting for anyone else to asked me why, but no one else did it, they only looked at me like I had 4 heads and I left. I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THIS STORE WHO HAS THIS YOUNG GIRLS THAT DONT KNOW HIE TO EARN THEIR MONEY BEING CUSTOMER SERVICES ORIENTED and to keep the name of a franchise that I have been purchasing for over 20 years… Sham on this little girls for ruin my morning with the taste that I always wanted to taste.

This place messes up my order at least 3 out of every 4 times I go. Today they messed up my wife’s drink twice in a row. How hard is it to pump two blueberry shots and one vanilla swirl shot into an iced coffee? Unreal. We just gave up and left. Never going back. I’m not going to give service workers an hard time, but this is too much. And every single time we order food here, they make us pull around to the front and wait for ten years to get our food. No other Dunkin does this. Why are they different? 0/10, don’t recommend.

This is a great Dunkin'. My sister and I are moving to the area, and we have gone there several times. It is a clean, bright place. Great service. Easy to park. Love it!

I stopped here for a quick stop, and the employees were so rude. I was the only customer in the dunkin, and there was three employees at the front desk, and they were ignoring me, when they clearly saw me, standing there. I can’t believe I got this type of attitude, it’s disgusting.
