Got a coffee from there smells so bad. Don’t go there. The girl at drive thru had a attitude they need to shut this place down for real.

I just left this location two minutes ago. I got an iced coffee and when I received the order there was a black piece of lint on the inside of my lid which looked like a bug. I waited at the window for like 5 minutes and no one came so we went around the drive thru and I asked the worker for a need a new lid to the drink. The lady started yelling, clearly distressed, saying it must be dirty because of the whipped cream I asked for. I explained it was just a black piece of lint and the drink was perfect but I just needed a new lid. I don’t know what was wrong with her, maybe she had a really bad day or maybe people complain often about it being dirty or something but she literally just started yelling at us saying that it wasn’t dirty and then told us to hurry up and pull around and was extremely rude and agitated. I understand truly if she was having a bad day but all I asked for was a new lid and I’m genuinely confused about her reaction. She probably shouldn’t be working in customer service because she was on the verge of a mental break down over me asking for a new lid. I wasn’t even asking for a new drink so I’m extremely confused by her reaction. When I say she was yelling, she was literally yelling “ITS NOT DIRTY IRS THW WHIPPED CREAM” but really angrily and aggressively on repeat and I couldn’t even speak. 😭🤣 I was absolutely shocked. The coffee is good tho ngl but if yours is in a dirty cup they will scream at you and chase you away. Maybe she wanted to go home early but I went an hour before closing.

Typically dont have an issue with this Dunkin. However, I always wonder why when I order a refresher specifically from this one there is almost ALWAYS black floating shit at the bottom….but not other dunkins. I would understand if some of the tea granules ended up in there, but this is different. Gives me dirty black mold. Not sure I want to return. Rather travel the distance to the one on 37 that ALWAYS gets my order right and never has black floating shmutz at the bottom of my drink.

Made all of our drinks wrong, got a frozen matcha and and iced chai tea, the chai tea is literally JUST milk and the frozen matcha came just as an iced matcha. Didnt give us straws either and gave me an attitude when i went in there to ask for some.

My least favorite Dunkin. The drive through in particular always takes FOREVER and they’re always sold out of all the good donuts. And I go to a lot of different Dunkin’s so I know this is in fact a problem with this location in particular. The employees seem nice for the most part so idk if it’s a staffing

The lobby was “closed”. I ordered my coffee to pick up on the app and was told I had to go through the drive thru aka wait 20 minutes in line. Fat chance….

every single time I have been to this Dunkin I have had something bad to say about it. First, the power was out which meant the door couldn't open, but the lights were on. to my understanding that makes no sense but I could be completely wrong about that. they said to go the drive thru, so I went thru the drive thru where they actually ignored us and even when we went to the window, ignored. another time, I ordered a simple refresher and they forgot to give me my order so I sat for 30 minutes waiting as other people who came in got there orders. the food is always mediocre at best. the workers are barely giving customer service and everysingle time I go there, I am disappointed. do not recommend, take the extra drive to a different dunkin

they've handed me rocks for bagels, totally wrong orders sometimes.

I had to make a new acct bc i got locked out of mine. I lost my points and everything. I didn't want all new account but I was forced into free drinks.

I ordered my basic usual latte with 1 flavor swirl and oatmilk. she made it as a basic plain latte with 2%, and when i arrived, had her body halfway out the window so I wouldn't stop. she forgot my food, too.

I'm lactose intolerant and attending an event.

I ordered a medium coffee and a wake-up wrap egg and cheese. The wrap had 1/ 1/2 inch of it filled with food can’t believe it was an egg and cheese and rest was burned wrap which was thrown out. It was ridiculous and I’ve gone there for many years..$5.95 was cost. Don’t waste your money here.. other DD have been better.

The big Fat miserable worker at drive thru gave us ice cold bacon and messed the order up then I told them I wanted it fresh not reheated so she put it in so long so that when she threw it in my car it was so hot it burned my hands. Stay away from this location

I am extremely frustrated with my recent order from your silverton location. I specifically asked for two chocolate chip muffins, but instead, I received two corn muffins. This mistake is completely unacceptable and has ruined my experience.
I expect you to address this issue promptly and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
