My coffee was good. The lady tending the drive through was very rude. She greeted us with what do you want and after every item we ordered she asked “is that it is that it ?”. Food was cold.

Ordered DECAF flavored iced coffee. Received regular. I watched her make it wrong. She made a new DECAF without any flavor. Tasted TERRIBLE. I will never go back there. They really have to pay attention when making an order. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This isn't the first time.

They messed up my order and then when I called to have it replaced, they said they were writing down my name and that they would fix it The next time I came in….. Then, when I came in, they refused to fix it and refused to give me the correct drink. And then sat there and argued with me in front of other customers over a 6 dollar drink. It’s not about the $ it’s the principal. Never would I go to this location again. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN… I ASKED FOR TGE MANAGERS NAME AND THE GENTLEMEN BEHIND THE COUNTER said he is the manager and that his name is TJ…. Which is probably a lie. But he was the only guy working on this date and at this time. He should be fired. Place is filthy and they have NOTHING OUT for customers. Not sugar packets/ketchup …NOTHING!!!

The worst customer service. No one wants to speak to you at all. I just waited for 8 minutes at the drive through window to pick up my drink and no one came to the window to acknowledge me and let me know there was as a wait.

Waited in drive thru for 20mins and was only 4 cars back terrible customer service even tried inside and still waited its like no one acknowledges you . even a we will be with you would help
Love this Dunkin. I actually pass 2 other Dunkins just to go to this one because they make my coffee correctly and they haven't jacked up the prices as much as the others have. They are on tap which also I am finding to be better for consistency. They are very friendly and it's nice to see their smiles every day.

I’ve never had a good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and it’s a shame because it’s the nearest to us. There have been a handful of times I’ve ordered here where I got to the window and the order wasn’t ANYTHING I ordered. When I say something about it, the staff gets an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. Today the a staff member threw my phone back at me when I gave it to her to scan my coupon and my drink “didn’t qualify”. Fine, I’ll pay, but there is no reason to give me an attitude and throw my phone to me. Everyone who works here looks extremely unhappy and has an attitude.

I just left this location two minutes ago. I got an iced coffee and when I received the order there was a black piece of lint on the inside of my lid which looked like a bug. I waited at the window for like 5 minutes and no one came so we went around the drive thru and I asked the worker for a need a new lid to the drink. The lady started yelling, clearly distressed, saying it must be dirty because of the whipped cream I asked for. I explained it was just a black piece of lint and the drink was perfect but I just needed a new lid. I don’t know what was wrong with her, maybe she had a really bad day or maybe people complain often about it being dirty or something but she literally just started yelling at us saying that it wasn’t dirty and then told us to hurry up and pull around and was extremely rude and agitated. I understand truly if she was having a bad day but all I asked for was a new lid and I’m genuinely confused about her reaction. She probably shouldn’t be working in customer service because she was on the verge of a mental break down over me asking for a new lid. I wasn’t even asking for a new drink so I’m extremely confused by her reaction. When I say she was yelling, she was literally yelling “ITS NOT DIRTY IRS THW WHIPPED CREAM” but really angrily and aggressively on repeat and I couldn’t even speak. 😭🤣 I was absolutely shocked. The coffee is good tho ngl but if yours is in a dirty cup they will scream at you and chase you away. Maybe she wanted to go home early but I went an hour before closing.

Typically dont have an issue with this Dunkin. However, I always wonder why when I order a refresher specifically from this one there is almost ALWAYS black floating shit at the bottom….but not other dunkins. I would understand if some of the tea granules ended up in there, but this is different. Gives me dirty black mold. Not sure I want to return. Rather travel the distance to the one on 37 that ALWAYS gets my order right and never has black floating shmutz at the bottom of my drink.
