I ordered a toasted white chocolate cold latte got it the wrong way, I also ordered two bagels with cream cheese got the wrong bagels, and I ordered a couple donuts and they were all wrong as well and I had to repeat it to the employee 3-4 times instead of them repeating the order back to me like your supposed to I go to leave to check my bags and iced coffee I noticed they didn't give me my donuts as I proceeded to tell the person working there I didn't get my donuts and the coffee was wrong they gave me an attitude and said that I didn't order donuts or say that I said iced coffee the first time when I did because the girls were not paying attention too busy talking to each other and being on their phones and wind-up waiting 20 mins for them to fix the coffee and to get the rest of my food shouldn't take 20 minutes for coffee and bagels pay attention

I asked for an iced coconut coffee with Oat milk and sugar. I take a sip and my body didn’t except it my body immediately tried making me throw up. I pulled back around and I tell the girl I’m allergic to dairy and I wanted to know what kind of milk she gave me. The girl starts laughing it up and is like oh I thought you said whole milk so I gave you whole milk not Oat milk. Obviously I don’t feel safe going back to a place that just doesn’t care or listen. Definitely a bad experience. It was a couple of small sips but my body can’t tolerate it. I’m ask everyone at that location including management to take your jobs a bit more serious. I won’t be going back but, another person with the same allergy shouldn’t have to go through what I just had to go through.

Every single Time I go to this store nothing is ever right. I ordered two sausage egg and cheeses one ice coffee and a wrap melt thing. The bagels are half the size they usually are and burnt. They were hard as a rock we couldn’t even bite into them. Also everything was cold and it takes me five minutes to get back to where I was going. The coffee was made ok but they need to listen more and make it the way it was asked for. I do not understand why this is the only dunkin to give this much problem. The attitudes of the employees forget about it. I understand not everyone likes to work but atleast have enough respect to interact with customers and when u do don’t have an attitude. Now I have to waste gas to go back and get it done again hopefully and hope it comes out edible. Don’t go here!

I just got a coffee but it was made to my liking. Just cream and sugar. Most times I have to pull over to add sugar.(I have to keep them in my dash ) because most of the time they forget to put any sugar in!!! I was pleasently surprised that it was right.

The girl at the drive thru gave us the wrong order and when we got to the window and told her it was wrong, she got a major attitude and said that’s what we told her. She was very disrespectful to me and my husband. When I called management and spoke to Shannon twice, she told me she would speak to her and send us two $5.00 gift cards and she never did! I guess Dunkin Donuts really doesn’t care about customer satisfaction!

When I started asking questions in the United States and readers, I knew that I really didn’t hurt being made in Taiwan. He still wanted to let his children have childhood. The women in the back made it and she was nasty. Eyeballing me because of what I ordered. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there

Worst place ever a young lady by the name of Jade waited on me slammed her hand on the counter over a receipt manager says to me oh she was putting forks away yet there was nothing in her hands she wasn't by the forks so it's pretty sad when managers allow that to happen when you're a customer I'm not rude or nasty to anybody it's unacceptable this young lady should not have a job at the public

Parking: Parking spaces are immediately off route 37 where u don't even have a chance to pull in properly... But luckily the food is delicious and the staff are super fast when making your mobile orders. Staff is sweet and courteous and always have smiles on their faces!! 😁👍🏻💯🔥🥰🤩👌🏻
