I placed a mobile order for a bagel and it went thru. Get to the counter at 8:30pm (closing is 9) and they said “our oven has been turned off”. So no toasted anything. But much much worse, is the fact that their drive thru will destroy the crap out of your car. The way it is situated with these very odd high and narrow curbs make nearly impossible to enter the drive thru without destroying your bumper. I’ve been to literally hundreds of different Dunkin’s over the years (I go every day no matter where I am) and this is the ONLY place where merely driving thru the drive thru area did massive damage to my right front bumper. Beware!!
Went to drive through at 2:00pm order capachino coffee got a 1/2 cu

Coffee is always good!
I’m only giving this location 1 star because you have to click on a star to leave a review. I have been living in the area for over 30 years, and this Dunkin has consistently gone downhill, especially during the last 5 years, due to poor management. This location CONSISTENTLY runs out of basic items to run a fast food chain that specializes in donuts. On the busy corner of Hooper and Route 37, which gets hit hard throughout the year as a convenient stop off before going on the parkway, and management still hasn’t figured it out that they should keep extra donuts and munchkins for customers who don’t get there at the crack of dawn? This management’s philosophy is, “Oh well, we sold out…tough toots.” Meanwhile it’s 11 AM, and the store doesn’t close until 9 PM. Are you kidding me? It’s Dunkin Donuts. If this is how management wants to run things, close up shop earlier.
It’s not just donuts though. Throughout the years, they have not been able to fulfill many an online order because they ran out of tea, drink mixes, etc. Like I said, it’s on a BUSY intersection…they can’t figure it out that they are going to run out of supplies faster than other locations in the area?
I have no issue with the other employees. They are always super nice and helpful. But management needs to get their act together, as I can’t imagine I’m the only frustrated customer. Me personally, I will no longer be visiting this location no matter how convenient. I know one customer not visiting a store is no big deal to a big corporation like DD, but like I said, I can’t be the only customer frustrated by this location. I am also filing a formal complaint with corporate.
Customer service is great, a girl named Ashley was very kind and took my order quick, my coffee was great and when I asked who made the coffee it was this employee named EJ they were both so wonderful to me!!!

I always love to come to this location because of the great energy the employees give. I’ve been coming for a few years and I have never had any issues! Great customer service.

Used to come here often for their espresso drinks. Lately the espresso tastes foul.. it’s just absolutely disgusting and it’s like that every single time. A few months back it was amazing and then a switch flipped. I’m not sure what the issue is but it’s rancid.
Good for a quick bite with good coffee
