i got the sabrina espresso from here today, first of all every where else i’ve been i’ve gotten some foam on the top and OATMILK, not only did i not even taste the brown sugar but i didn’t get ANY foam and REGULAR MILK!! what is the point of having a special drink if you make it however you want, this place can never get anything right or has anything , just shut it down SMH🤦🏾♀️

Upon entering a member of staff (who presumably was ending their shift for the day) announced loudly "Goodbye everyone, I'm off to my other hell hole!" as she left the shop. After looking over the menus inside I noticed that the seasonal offerings were not listed, and I don't go often enough to remember the names of them. So I asked the girl if there were any seasonal coffees and she literally stared at me and said nothing in return. I decided that possibly there may have been a language barrier, so I just ordered a regular latte. When she walked over to make it, she started conversing with her co worker in perfect English about the annoying customers in the drive thru, making it apparent she just didn't want to answer my question. I also got a few donuts for my kids, and biting into one on the way out discovered they were so stale I almost turned around to get new ones or my money back, but the experience was so terrible leading up to that moment I did not want to go back into the building.

Stopped in to get coffee and donuts for mom and me. The packaged the wrong type of donuts which i notice just before leaving the lot. Went back and they didnt have what I asked for and they acknolwdged. So opted for different kind. Well got home they were stale... Will not go back there again. Not happy at all.

I like Dunkin!!! This location at least for me was less than. The staff was moreConcerned with therePhones & my Cappuccino was poorly made at best. The Dunkin location in TUCKERTON which I frequent is simply SUPERIOR!!! Maybe that location had spoiledMe but I’m pretty sure this one just needs to up there game.

I’m going through a rough transition seeking housing and this location has been a blessing to me. Friendly atmosphere, plenty of outlets to charge devices, including USB ports if you only have cables to charge with. It was clean and had great lighting for a bookworm like me…I’m hypersensitive to light and it was perfect here. I know people tend to leave complaints over small things and mix ups, that can happen anywhere. Their friendly service served me exactly what I wanted and the cappuchino and Boston Cream donut were amazing. A great start to my day, runnin’ on Dunkin’!!!!!!!

Today I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin location. To preface I was a regular customer at this location and usually order the same thing ever time. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a plain bagel with butter. Again this is something I order regularly. I ate the first half of the bagel, and as I went to eat the other half, I noticed MOLD in the bagel?!?! I immediately felt sick as I already ate the other half where there could have been even more!! I brought the half back to the store, and the employee claimed “it isn’t mold, it is the holes from the bread.” And that “ if it was mold it could be green.” She completely dismissed my concern, as if I didn’t just physically show her the moldy bagel. I did not cause a scene as I am not that type of consumer, however customer service was called. Y’all should definitely reconsider your business at this location as the employees don’t seem to care about quality control or customer concerns!!

Very not tasty coffee. False advertisement. 1.90 donut is not a dollar donut. Some flies and bugs. Don’t recommend. Donut is okay. Service is meh.
Horrible service here. Close to my job . Nice people but you'll have 12 people talking in the back while 1 person's busting their butt up front.What got me to even write this Review is the fact that I order a latte Every Day on my break, and today was 2nd time I paid for an 'extra shot of espresso' and have Not gotten it!What kind of an employee doesn't add the shot after they charge me?two times.The customer service is just not good.
