I have been going to this location for several years, in the last few months has gone downhill dramatically. Will no longer be going to this location.

comparing the “glazed” munchkins with a popeyes biscuit for the dry and staleness and the munchkins win, God bless america
Ordered a sesame bagel and after just a few bites I realized it was completely burnt. Tasted awful — a total waste of money. Very disappointed with the quality, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Terrible experience. The girl in the drive through scanned my app and charged me $12 and then tried telling me I didn’t pay even though I can see it was deducted from my app. I tried explaining it to her and she shoved my food to me and said just go! Very rude. Then to top it off my frozen coffee was sour. I couldn’t even drink it. Will never go back there again!.

I absolutely love this location. The staff does an amazing job and I get an iced coffee and apple fritters before I go to work or run errands or just because and they make my order correct EVERY time. They are also very fast and efficient and do well even when their is a long line and I used to work in fast food so I know it can be stressful when theirs a long line but they still remain calm and kind while working fast and always have a smile.i always recommend this location to my coworkers and friends and family. Those workers deserve a raise!

The man working at the window was very rude. We went in at 7:26 and they close at 8 and my mom asked for one donut. Right away they said “we’re boutta close” being short with her. She said you guys are closing right now? And they were like “no in 15” could’ve just said unfortunately there are no more of those, would u like anything else?” All it takes. People have no hospitality anymore. Ended up getting nothing. Being rude to one because u don’t wanna do your job is ridiculous. Learn some manners! Never again. I’d rather go to the one in manahawkin.

stopped in for a bagel, some donuts & reading for about 30 min at 11:45am on a saturday in may. it was not busy at all. 4 young girls behind the counter, 1 older guy in a blk dnd t-shirt. bagel was a bagel. this is a decent size dd. everything appears orderly & organized, but don't look down. floor, tables & bathroom filthy. floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days. 1 napkin left in holder on the way out & that table was dirty too.

Have only used drive thru service as we head out on the road for the day. Wait in line is not terribly long, order is correct and beverages are hot.
Gotta love it at dunkin'

i got the sabrina espresso from here today, first of all every where else i’ve been i’ve gotten some foam on the top and OATMILK, not only did i not even taste the brown sugar but i didn’t get ANY foam and REGULAR MILK!! what is the point of having a special drink if you make it however you want, this place can never get anything right or has anything , just shut it down SMH🤦🏾♀️
Recommended dishes: Oatmilk Latte
Upon entering a member of staff (who presumably was ending their shift for the day) announced loudly "Goodbye everyone, I'm off to my other hell hole!" as she left the shop. After looking over the menus inside I noticed that the seasonal offerings were not listed, and I don't go often enough to remember the names of them. So I asked the girl if there were any seasonal coffees and she literally stared at me and said nothing in return. I decided that possibly there may have been a language barrier, so I just ordered a regular latte. When she walked over to make it, she started conversing with her co worker in perfect English about the annoying customers in the drive thru, making it apparent she just didn't want to answer my question. I also got a few donuts for my kids, and biting into one on the way out discovered they were so stale I almost turned around to get new ones or my money back, but the experience was so terrible leading up to that moment I did not want to go back into the building.
