I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every single day all over New Jersey and get the same items every single time. And every time I order from this location in the drive-through. It never gets done correctly. I have to physically go in the store to have it done correctly. Today I went in the store and asked for two orders of hashbrowns made fresh specifically made fresh, then I watched the woman go to take the hashbrowns out of the warming tray. …. I SAID EXCUSE ME I DON’T WANT THAT I WANT IT MADE FRESH Like I requested. Then I got an attitude and a bunch of mumbling under the woman’s breath as I ask her to fix it ??? I absolutely hate the fact that this is now the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my new house 😤 I will literally drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way just to not go to this location

They were completely rude to my wife on the morning of 8/26 over an order that consisted of one single drink. She’s too kind to say anything back but there’s definitely a couple clowns that shouldn’t be working there. It’s not our fault you hate your job.

Literally always forgets cold foam or flavoring, this Dunkin has the worst consistency, never stir the iced coffee batch when they make it so it's either really strong or watered down and nasty. there's also never someone dedicated to the counter and they're all on drive thru. I worked in a really busy Dunkin in high school it really isn't hard to be organized

Got challenged by the guy working there to fight. Just for asking for the right things I ordered: order was way messed up. Girl working widow never spoke to a customer in her life very rude and disrespectful. This place is an absolute clown show here. Older guy working came to widow told me to turn off my wipers because it was raining and that he doesn’t need shower, in that exact wording. No im sorry about your Order, no I sorry that the girl working the window was extremely rude.

Unorganized staff. The parking lot design is horrible.
I enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff are always friendly (even when the line is crazy). Their beverages and food come out good ( not watered down or overly cooked).

I never want to bash any employee or anything, but the lady Vikki, who helped me there was so disrespectful. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with no ice, the people making it put ice in it. She then proceeded to pull the ice out and make up the difference with milk. Once again it was for my wife so I wanted to make sure that it was right so I said very nicely when you handed me back the cup it was super light looking and was only 3/4 of the way full. I then proceeded to say hey no disrespect can you please have them make me a new one I will pull around and come inside and the whole time as I was inside she was giving me dirty. Looks like I was the person in the wrong I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but I won’t be coming back to this location.
