I have gone there a lot. Most of the people there are very nice and courteous. You have one girl there now. She is so nasty. She almost through the coffee at you. Doesn't say a word and is very nasty.

I visit Dunkin’ Donuts quite frequently, often multiple times a day. Today, I went to this location for the first time. The service was outstanding. The food was OK. The maple bacon cheddar sandwich was slightly burnt. The caramel frozen iced coffee was good. There were two Dunkin’ Donuts workers on site during my experience, one woman seemed to be scared of me, although I was only there working For my remote job. The other woman asked me to leave at 5 PM although the dining area closes at 6 PM while I would recommend many Dunkin’ Donuts, this will not be a Dunkin’ Donuts that I recommend. I hope they can improve their services which may have a great effect on their ROI.

Wow. 99% of MY reviews are positive. Today’s not the case. I don’t frequent Dunkin’ often although I assumed that a “COLD foam Nitro” would be cold!? No, no… it was luke warm… but in a cold beverage plastic cup. I asked for ice and was denied, unless I wanted to pay for the up charge. Two employees asked me multiple times how I ordered( in person / online)?? I ordered online and I already paid $6 for this small beverage. I told them it is warm, wanted cold. Is this normal? Is nitro not iced coffee? Do we pay extra for a cup of ice??

So slow. Just go to the Dunkin' on Rt. 37 West. The parking lot on this particular Dunkin is tiny and understaffed. My mobile order is constantly wrong and I have to go in after going through the drive thru. I'm finished with this location.

The worker who works there attends with a very bad attitude, she is Hispanic that happened today, April 10, 2025. I don't understand how they hire people like that.
Drive-thru. 2 decaf coffee. Not hot. We both had mouthful of grinds when reaching last 25%. Very disappointing experience.

I don't understand why they need to build so many of these..... there are literally 4 of them within a 5 mile radius by me in hackettstown and they are building another one literally right down the road from one at the moment.

Worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever!!! I get the same thing everyday and everyday they mess it up. Coffee taste old and disgusting- I now drive to the further Dunkin’ Donuts because this one is absolutely horrible. Do not go here.

Drive thru was rude as ever. I couldn't hear the girl on the intercom because of static, so I asked her what she said? Another woman, different mic I guess yells at me to pull up. (I was the only one in line) When I got to the window the girl handed me my coffee and walked away. Not a word. I stopped going to this one for this reason but I was right there and figured I'd give it another shot. No wonder it was empty inside and out. 2 stars only because my coffee was good 🙂 Do better Dunkin!
