I don't understand why they need to build so many of these..... there are literally 4 of them within a 5 mile radius by me in hackettstown and they are building another one literally right down the road from one at the moment.

Worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever!!! I get the same thing everyday and everyday they mess it up. Coffee taste old and disgusting- I now drive to the further Dunkin’ Donuts because this one is absolutely horrible. Do not go here.

Drive thru was rude as ever. I couldn't hear the girl on the intercom because of static, so I asked her what she said? Another woman, different mic I guess yells at me to pull up. (I was the only one in line) When I got to the window the girl handed me my coffee and walked away. Not a word. I stopped going to this one for this reason but I was right there and figured I'd give it another shot. No wonder it was empty inside and out. 2 stars only because my coffee was good 🙂 Do better Dunkin!

i literally have never written & posted a review for any business, regardless of how my experience was, but i’ve had enough. THIS DUNKIN LOCATION SPECIFICALLY is so, so bad. the lady at the speaker is SO rude and unfriendly. she does not speak good english either, which obviously isn’t her fault, but it makes it extremely difficult to just order what i want. i kid you not, if im not having a problem ordering, i can hear the car in front of me having one. it’s ridiculous. something seriously needs to be done. i ordered 25 munchkins of the app today. i pulled up to the window, (forgetting that my card was linked to the app), and handed them my apple pay. then i got a notification for $6 and something cents, when it should have been $9 something. THEN i realized. they guy tried giving me a coffee, i said “no i ordered 25 munchkins and i just realized i already paid for it since i used the app.” he said ok and gave me my munchkins. i tried to give him my card so he could refund the $6 back, SINCE I DID NOT ORDER A COFFEE, and he said with a nasty tone, “i gave you extra munkins.” i said ok and drove off because im so done with this place.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star!!!! The worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I ordered a bagel with butter and when I got home I swear they put the whole stick in it. I also ordered munchkin’s asked for mixed but no old fashion and what did I get all pumpkin and old fashion. I called and they told me that’s all they had. Instead of telling me that they decided to give me what they wanted!!!! Never again

What few donuts left were incorrectly labeled. What I did purchase was either stale or gummy. Worker gave other than what I asked for. Trashed half the order :( First and LAST visit to this location!

Not to be rude but those workers don’t speak a lick of English. We asked for 15 munchkins they charged us for 50 we repeated 15 and they said yes we know and still charged us 50. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk double espresso they gave me it with whole milk. I told them I literally won’t be able to keep it in my pants. If you give me this whole milk I need an oat milk please. And they gave me a regular coffeee with just oat milk which they charged me more money for. I also had my friend get a coffee. I paid for a double espresso got single espresso. also, I got munchkins Assorted they didn’t give me a single chocolate one. It was all dry plain. They didn’t even give me a receipt when I asked.

everyone that works here is so miserable. i went inside today and the cashier just stood there and didnt smile or say a WORD. i just started ordering. i dont even think she said my total aloud. A few months ago another sweetheart there gave me a huge attitude when i asked for a straw. 0 stars
