Party of 6, we were all disappointed. Chicken was good but 5 out of 6 dinners not so good. Server was not good, poor attitude. Raviolis were like eating a flat pc of pasta. Almost no filling.. Clam sauce very bland, lasagna not very good. Soup was served long after others got salad. Coffee was served after desert was finished but the biggest turn off was what looked like butcher paper covering the linen tablecloths! We won’t be back

Please make sure your servers understand what's in each dish and if they don't please make sure they understand the importance of asking the kitchen!

I was here this evening as a life long vegetarian and specifically asked if the dish I wanted was made with any type of meat or had meat in it. Our server told me no it was basic tomato sauce only.

Less than 30 minutes after eating my head was in the toilet bowl throwing up with severe stomach pains. Dietary restrictions are important and can cause so many issues. Please be aware of what you are serving!

This is a really excellent restaurant. Muscles. Marinara were exquisite. Stuffed chicken was breaded and crisp on the outside and moist and full of cheese and herbal flavors on the inside. The calamari was lightly fried and served with delicious sausage. The bread had the tooth of the pizza dough from which it was made and complimented the food perfectly. The salads were sufficiently varied and a good compliment to the pasta (We had clams marinara over linguine the linguine was perfectly al dente). The staff is very good-natured and helpful, although another server or two would have made the service even more delightful. In all high quality food for moderate price.

I am a regular customer at Enzo’s, but lately there has been absolutely abysmal customer service. I ordered food for take out and asked for a receipt. I got home and realized there was no receipt, so I called and asked for an itemized receipt to be texted or emailed to me. After not receiving the receipt I called back and asked again to verify they sent it to the right number. Bryan at the front desk told me they were very busy and to “wait”. About an hour later I drove by to get a printout of the receipt (that should have been in my order) because I understand that it was dinner rush and that they likely didn’t have time to text it to me. The nasty man that came to the desk (who I later found out was Enzo himself) told me he was “too busy” to get the receipt. He explained there were customers he needed to deal with and screamed at me that I didn’t need the receipt and that I needed to wait because the other customers were more important. He then WALKED AWAY from me while I was standing at the desk. What kind of customer service results in the customer being walked away from? Truly embarrassing showing on their part. And to make matters worse, as I drove away, he called me back to scream some more. After being a regular for years, catering parties, and ordering almost weekly, I will NEVER go back.

Ordered thru Door Dash. Shrimp fra diavolo .. picture shows clams , mussels and shrimp over pasta. I received 5 shrimp in tin platter. No clams No mussels No pasta. I called and the first person I spoke to told me there was nothing they could do for me till the owner came in some time during the week. I was furious and called back 10 minutes later first picture what I received 2nd picture from their menu on door dash. I spoke to Sara who kept insisting that I ordered just shrimp. She finally agreed to look at door dash menu item and after holding for 10 minutes she came back and agreed with me she said door dash it up the wrong picture. She told me she would refund me the total order. It was 49.00. I ordered the entree plus a side of spinach and a dessert. I looked today and I was only refunded 20.00. What horrible service. I will never order from there again.

Extreme downgrade from the last time we ate there. Empty restaurant should have been a clue. Bus girl did not wash her hands after using the bathroom, I was in there at the same time and saw her. Just a real disappointment.
