I haven't been here in years. Thought it was good night to take some family members out to dinner. The food was still delicious. And on this Saturday it was very busy

Had a great time with my fiancé and best friend. Great Atmosphere. Had a lot of options for food and they were all delicious that i had. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back soon! Definitely get there early!

Way too many customers in the small waiting area by the register.you couldn’t move due to huge congestion. People were against walk way against walls as well..they had many empty tables of 12-18 seaters, but they refuse to separate them which was very easy to do so to accommodate the customers in the waiting rooms.i thought it could create fire hazard if we need to run out.people are forced to stand each other much longer than estimated waiting time Most of the customers were elderly and easily get sick if someone else who is sick So close ,which we noticed coughing person.They should have better notification system so customer have choice to wait outside as well. It was very cold night so we would waited in the car if we could been notified someway.Many place now give you notification device or text alerts .Owner over heard us discussing this concern and told us she doesn’t need our business so leave the restaurant. She also said she has no control of sick customers.This was total shock. Most of the owner would apologize for much more delay of the time waiting and try to hear concerns of customers. Not this owner. I feel like she was just trying to to pack place without any concern of the customers . All of us left and check out flaming grill 15 mins down. What a difference! They gave us notification device so we could be anywhere to wait . They immediately separated long table to accommodate us. We waited much shorter than anticipated .Excellent food ,great price and great customer service care from flaming grill.
