Second time in a month they got my order wrong. Also, I ordered a whole sub and they cut both ends off of it to avoid putting more meat on it. How is that a whole sub? It's really 3/4 of a sub now!

Please don’t take the money and then touch the pizza with bare hands. We have been going to Frankie’s for years and we love it, but the new ownership must start wearing gloves or not have the money people and food handlers be the same person. Also they do not answer the phone or they put you on hold over 5 minutes to place an order. We love you Frankie G but we are used to the old customer service and clean service please just tighten up! We do love your food.

Frankie G's used to be one of my go-to spots, but things have really gone downhill. The pizza now tastes completely off - the texture is weird and gummy, like you're chewing on a gummy bear. The cheese doesn't even seem real anymore. As for the cheesesteaks, they used to be loaded with meat, but now you're lucky to get a decent portion. Everything feels skimpy, especially for the high prices they're charging. It's just not worth it anymore. Sad to say, but I won't be going back!.

They need to take shrimp scampi off their menu. This is literally lemon juice and water with unseasoned shrimp and an excessive amount of overcooked noodles. Highly disappointed and I don’t even make reviews but this was so unacceptable 😭👎🏼

Ordered lunch for our team from Frankie G’s and everything was perfect! We absolutely loved the food — the pizza was delicious and both salads were amazing. The white pizza was definitely my favorite! Huge shoutout to Allie for being so helpful and providing such great customer service. Can’t wait to order again!

This place has gone down hill in a bad way, new owners? Don't know i used to order from here all the time sadly no more. I ordered a sub sandwich last week, it came bread an just meat! Who makes a sub like that !! They gave me a store credit, today i called figured i would give it one more chance an used the credit, people answer the phone don't know what the right hand is doing to the left, put on hold a dozen times to order a hotdog. The sandwich came a mess like it was thrown together, the hotdogs tasted awful, an the bread tasted old. The potatoes an peppers were burnt. Stay away don't waste your money. Won't be back.

I have ordered here a lot, each time I think oh it will be better but sadly it’s not and each time I order here my stomach is very upset the next day no matter what I order. I have had wings, different pizzas and garlic knots. For an Italian place it does not taste Italian. The tomato sauce and wing sauce taste weird and not in a good way. I had buffalo chicken pizza once had chicken that had buffalo sauce on just the chicken and that’s it. Normally there’s a drizzle of buffalo sauce and ranch on the pizza but nope just chicken and it was dry. I had to use my own stuff to put on it. I recently got a pepperoni pizza, and I never thought I could say this, but the pepperoni did not taste good. The pizza also had like no flavor. Garlic knots were gross. The bread of it was not right and they tasted old. Also the staff inside by the register are interesting, also don’t mean that in a good way. The service always felt weird when I go in there.
If you need cheaper food go here but I suggest one of the other Italian places right around the corner.
Food is very good but the only issue I had is I ordered cheese fries cuz on their menu it said they came with cheese sauce and when it arrived it was melted yellow cheese they should probably change that on their online ordering menu
