I love to go to this place with my family. It child friendly and have very nice staff. The food is amazing and comes out hot and quick. I will always go to friendly once a month! Also the ice cream is very good a rich. I love the different flavors. But my favorite is a classic conehead. Amazing place to go if your in a rush. I would definitely give this place a shot!

Since this location has reopened, it has gone uphill! We found it very clean, the food was timely and good, and the waitstaff was super sweet. Friendly’s is so nostalgic for me and it’s awesome it’s still around for my kids to enjoy it! Can’t wait to come back!

Don't do this to yourself; it's no longer the Friendly's we once knew. The food is inedible, and the building is incredibly outdated. It's quite apparent why so many locations have closed.

I was here with my family of 5 during the Grinch event and it was horrible from the start. My friend's mother came in and tried to get our number in place while we parked the car. They told her no, and that we all needed to be here to get our name put on what would end up being a 40 minute wait. Then, finally, the hostess calls another person that came in after we did with a smaller group, albeit by 1 person. "AJ for 4," she says. He says (while standing directly in front of me), "Right here. My wife is on her way." The hostess, then, still continues to seat this person. When the hostess calls my name, you better believe she double checked to make sure my party was here. Yes, all 5 of us. AJ for 4 gets seated without his whole party, but we get denied at check-in and then double checked? How is that in any way fair?
Does it get better? Nope. My son went up for face paint and as the Grinch approaches him and says Hi with a wave of his hand, my son starts to wave back before the Grinch was steered away from him. He didn't even finish the wave of his hand. It took all of 1 second. I was blown away with how unfair we were treated. My kid is 8 years old. You mean to tell me you couldn't let them interact for 30 seconds?

We noticed that the Grinch was gonna be today at the restaurant and also there was a $2 off per each kid meal.” as showing and their advertising” and they never deducted on the bill, just wondering how many people went there today and didn’t notice about this., and yes, we mentioned this to them first they say no they change it so I pay with a Credit card. I don’t think it’s fair for a customer if you advertise something, you should keep your word.

We’ve been coming for a while till now, we ordered the same desserts we always have at the same price we have had and now they’ve cut the portion size in half but are still charging the same amount, honestly won’t ever come back again after that, makes it not worth the price anymore
