We have been going to this diner for a few years. Food has been great and the waitresses friendly. Today we ordered one sandwich for pick-up. First, I had to call three times because they kept hanging up on me. Then, the person who answered asked if I had just called, and I said yes. Before I could say someone hung up on me, she said, "well, we are busy you have to wait", and put me on hold.
