Now I called at 8:40 to place the order for pickup and my husband got there just before closing but the doors were locked and he said he was knocking to pick up the order and the lady that was there on Tuesday December 17th at 8:45 p.m. just looked at him and kept on cleaning and ignored him so we didn't get our food. We ordered three sandwiches and made sure to call it in in time.

My first time going to Jersey Mike's. And I must say, the customer service was awesome, and very friendly. The food, WOW!!?!
Ordered 4 sandwiches online for the second time. They were delivered in a timely fashion. The sandwiches were so good I had to call the manager and thank him and his crew for a job well done. They made two old fogies very happy.

I did grab lunch from Jersey Mike's at 1311 Rt 37 west Toms River. The last time I was there the manager told me they make gluten free subs so today I ordered my lunch and one for my daughter who is allergic to wheat.The staff made my subs and I was watching them the whole time when the girl went to make the gluten free she wiped the counter clean she threw out her gloves and this is where I was really impressed she put a new paper down went the gluten free bread and used a blue handle knife to cut the bread freshly sliced the meat next step a new paper was put down for the lettuce etc and the blue handle knife was used again no cross contimation this is very important to a person who is allergic to wheat .The sub is a #13 it did cost 10 75 plus a addition to the gluten free bread at 1.85 I told the manager I was very impressed with there service I was watching the whole time beyond 5 stars keep up the outstanding service wow Thank you for the service from Glen

Just stopped into my favorite Sub shop and did not know they served subs without bread. Emma was one of the three girls behind the counter and had such great product knowledge and informed me that I can have my sub in a tub without the bread . I was looking around for my favorite sub on the menu Emma once again with great product knowledge and for me that the sub I was probably looking for was not up due to other signage She was polite professional and fix me one of the best subs I've had there I noticed she changed her glove each time she did something different period I managed bars and restaurants add always happy to see an excellent service worker. I could make a training film on her and use it for my own places
