Every time I go I have a problem. The staff is rude and they never give me napkins! last time I went they gave me the wrong bagel and would not return it when I told them it was wrong. Bagel was cold, and hard, barely any cream cheese. Just lost a customer.
The order is ALWAYS wrong and I swear I’m going to lose a tooth trying to bite into the bagel. After the 6th time I finally had to write a review.
Truly terrible. I’ve given them 100 chances because I live in the neighborhood. Just awful. Food sucks, service sucks. What a shame.
