Truly terrible. I’ve given them 100 chances because I live in the neighborhood. Just awful. Food sucks, service sucks. What a shame.

Got 2 fat sandwiches and the bread taste and feels like it’s a week old. Very hard and falls apart very easily. All the contents of the food were good just not the bread.

Employees were cool. But the food took forever. Ordered a wrap… they didn’t put sauce on it. What a sin. Also the chicken breast in the wrap was so fat I was uncomfy eating it. 4/10 sadly.

Iam giving 2 stars because in my honest opinion food is not too bad, what feels bad is angry attitude of the women on the front, maybe a happier person with a nicer and positive person would do better for the business. I don't know I feel like this woman hates her job and I feel like if you ask for straws or napkins she would just throw them at you.

These people have the worst customer service!! Horrible people skills, guy working the register has no respect. will never order from anything from this place again ( fisher blvd) Hopper avenue joes is so much better and they actually appreciate their PAYING customers!

After sitting in the drive-through for about 30 minutes, my best friend and I backed out and we went to go straight into the store. When we walked in the energy was immediately off and the woman who was taking our order seemed just not interested. I paid $9.33 for a bacon egg white and cheese sandwich… Also a $1.50 charge for egg whites. After 10 minutes of waiting we got our sandwich’s with no labels, napkins, or bags. The lady had an attitude to us for no reason and it’s 10am. The sandwich was thrown together and cold when I opened it, but it ended up being a really good BEC! It was pretty and clean inside too. Never going again though terrible service.
It's hit or miss lately It's been a big miss. We've had burnt pancakes and don't ask for pork roll well done because it will be BURNT BAD. The long branch wrap is the best thing I've had that I can't complain about.

Waffle looked like its was half eaten, wish I could upload photo. Pancake had a long hair in it. I order Pork roll egg and cheese, and just got Pork Roll. I ordered in line, said would be ready 30 minutes after my order, and still was told when I got there 35 minutes after my order was placed, I still had to wait 10 minutes. I have been here several times, order is never correct, always giving benefit of dought, but dought I am ever going back here.

As one small business owner to another i know how important feedback is. We’ve been ordering for a good 6 months which has been great. The last month we’ve had multiple orders messed up. Wrong food. Missing food etc. different potatoes compared to during the week. Forgetting 2 bagels etc etc. Yesterday was the last straw. They forgot an entire entree that we pre ordered a day before. They even highlighted the items in the bag WHICH SHOWS THEY'RE MISSING AN EGG PLATER AND A BAGEL. Was really good a month ago. Not sure if they changed managers or owners. Won’t order again. Back to Wawa.
