Gross. The plan bagle tasted off . No salt on any of the chicken salad or egg salad. Waste of money. The woman making my bagle itched her nose with her glove on . I should of said somethings . Disgusting.. also the lady working the register was nasty she looked like a manager. ...Really... never again . Stay away. Hopefully they shut down...

First time coming to this location & it has one of the best bagels in the area. This place is a must stop for all you bagel lovers. 🥯
We order from here pretty frequently as I work across the street. Both my coworkers and I have received hair in our food multiple times. I can only assume the long dark haor belongs to the manager who is cooking back there without a hair net or it tied back.
The potatoes are never cooked the same (or seasoned for that matter). Im a Joes Bagels fan, but this one is horrible! Go to the Fischer Blvd location- hair free is the way to be!

Waited 10minutes for my pork roll egg and cheese on a roll. And it didn't even have spk on it when she asked me if i wanted it. The communication between the register and kitchen are off today. I wasn't the only one

Came down for the first time to order a simple pork roll, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel under the assumption that would be done well considering the signage and shirts promoting it. However my order was made wrong not once, but twice. Once the staff realized it was wrong a second time, there was nothing done to correct this and blame was simply passed around. Will not be returning and cannot recommend.

I appreciate the manager. I did not get her name, but I was having such a rough morning and when I got my order, it was wrong. I called immediately and Explain to her what happened. She offered to give me a refund. I said no I’ll come down and get a new sandwich not only she returned my refund, but I also got a new sandwich to my liking. It seems so small, but I meant so much to me because I was just having a rough day. I appreciate what she has done.

I’ve been coming to Joe’s since it was opened. The staff is very friendly and professional. When I was forced to become gluten free, I was upset. Dawn made sure that I knew what they could make for me that was safe. The staff now recognize me and know not to give me croutons on my salad. Kim and Dawn are the best.

Good place great food
I recently visited the Bagel and Grill store in Toms River on July 16, 2024, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. I was with my 4-year-old special needs daughter, who was excited to eat a cake we brought from Nothing Bundt Cakes, the store right next door. I asked an employee, possibly the manager at the Joes Bagel and Grill for a spoon so my daughter could eat her cake. Instead of a simple 'yes' or 'no,' she looked at my bag from Nothing Bundt Cakes and curtly said, "No, we don't have spoons. Then she said we only have forks and knives. When I asked her if we could have a fork, she responded, "We don't support Nothing Bundt Cakes," and refused to give me a fork for my daughter. It’s astonishing that a business in the food industry would deny such a basic request, especially when it involves a young child. This kind of mindset is not only unkind but completely inappropriate for any service-oriented business. Refusing to provide a utensil for a neighboring store's product, when it could help a child, is petty and reflects poorly on their customer service values. I strongly urge the management or leadership to reconsider their policies and train their staff better. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this establishment if you value empathy and decent customer service.

Been there a few times never had a problem. Today I stopped by and ordered a couple of bagels to take out and once i got home this is what I received. I know i asked toasted but this was definitely burnt. How can someone think this even acceptable to give out?
