Kim called to tell me they didn’t have an ingredient for a smoothie and I unfortunately didn’t answer the phone. She was very polite and wanted to offer a different smoothie. Since I didn’t answer she refunded the smoothie. She was very professional and it shows great service to call and try to fix or swap out the item. Thank you so much!!
I was already in love w the cinnamon raisin walnut cream cheese and amber was attentive and kind enough to let me try the new apple pie cream cheese and it is DELICIOUS!! I will be getting it on the French toast bagel amber recommended next time!! You guys are consistently awesome and the food is mouth watering scrumptious! Special shout out to amber for making my experience today extra special!!
