Talk about kicking ourselves! My husband and I live right by La Cazuela de Doña Mary and drive past it all the time. Finally decided to try it, and let me tell you, HUGE mistake waiting so long!We have been craving authentic Mexican after our recent trip, and everything we ordered absolutely hit the spot. The chilaquiles brought back memories of delicious breakfasts south of the border. The friendly service was the icing on the cake – attentive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

Hidden gem of Mexican food in the Toms River area. I've lived on the Mexican border for several years and I've been constantly in the hunt for food that reminds me of the area. This place and food reminds me of that time. The food here is amazing and as authentic as you can get. I had the Al pastor tacos and the Mole enchiladas and they were delicious. The horchata is something I will definitely come back and order again. The chips and salsa they had there were top notch as well. The prices are also extremely cheap. The service was fast and friendly, and the art on the walls was beautiful! Come here and tell your friends because more people should know about this place.

The truth is that the food needs a little more because the cheese tasted very rancid and the meat was very soggy.

Great staff. With some though you may experience difficulty with speaking English but it will eventually get worked out. They're very nice. It is probably the most authentic Mexican food around hence most of the customers are Mexican. I go here regularly. Bistec a la Mexicana is my go to.

This is the place for authentic Mexican food! (We were the only non-Latinos in the place, and all the signs are in Spanish.) Not fancy, just delicious! Their mole sauce was the best we ever had! Fajitas were awesome, and so were the tortillas.

So hard to find authentic & flavorful food out here on the east coast. They had 3 different salsas, all unique, tasty and spicier than the next. Im a Mexican from the west coast, i take my Mexican food very serious lol. I've noticed a lot of the "Mexican restaurants" in Ocean County serve chips and "salsa" that is basically tomato sauce with diced onions, WTF is that shit? Not this place! Will def be coming back, it was delicious food. They make Agua de Tamarindo from scratch, not the powdered fake kind. The staff was great and attentive.
