Arrived 5 minutes after opening this morning. Quick, accurate and pleasant service. So many choices… picked up a blueberry coffee cake (still warm - delicious), donuts and cannoli (how could I not?). Clean, fresh and wonderful. A new reason for me to get out and hit the bakery for visits with my mom and dad!
La Scala Italian Pastry Shop has the best Italian pastries in Ocean County. Their selection of cookies, cakes, pastries and breads is larger enough to please all. Everything is always fresh and delicious, the staff is polite and knowledgeable and each staff member knows the name of each item and what they are made with. I make the trip from Whiting often because I’ve tried other bakeries, and La Scala can’t be beat!
