I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I spent over $30 on food — eight cheeseburgers and two large fries — and was told I’m “only allowed” to have two barbecue sauces unless I pay extra. In my 38 years, I’ve never seen anything like that. Charging customers for sauce after a big order is embarrassing, cheap, and flat-out bad business.

And here’s the other thing I’ve never seen in my 38 years: an owner who feels the need to plaster their family name all over the place like it’s some kind of trophy. The Chapman family wants everyone to know they own this McDonald’s? Congratulations — now everyone also knows you nickel-and-dime people for something as small as BBQ sauce. Maybe put your picture on the front door while you’re at it.

Between the attitude, the cheap policies, and the ego, I won’t be coming back. Do better. Kick rocks

This location has some wonderful employees. The food is the same as any other location. This store has a prime location right next to a Walmart and does landrush business. The above considered it is unconscionable and a sign of insatiable greed that they have again, as of ,10/13/25, raised soft drink prices for a product that is already way overpriced. No more for me.

Absolutely garbage facility imagine being a multi million dollar company and charging 26 cents for sauce should be included in the meal. When we have to pay inflated prices already that’s wild!

Whoever makes the bacon here has the perfect system. This is the crispiest bacon, it's cooked to perfection. Every other McDonalds needs to adopt this stores cooking b.c they definitely do someth8ng extra to get thst perfect crisp.

Ita also a very clean McDonald's with a nice staff.

The girl doing the in-store orders had to talk to someone she knew (not ordering food) before she began to run out my food. My fries were stale as hell. We didn't get any of the ranch we ordered for the kids. Every time I come at night (6-9) the quality of my service and food are crap. I worked at mcdonalds for 5 years, I know things happen, but this is a continuous occurrence. Night shift needs to step it up or something. Sad bc it's the closest one to my house and the one my son likes to go to.

Half a nugget.
