This place is unprofessional and always gets my dash order wrong. Manager is not helpful and. Does not try to help correct the problem. I will no longer be a customer at this McDonald's. Corporate will be informed of the constant mistakes made here and no resolve from management.

My 2 quarter pounders burgers were very dry, the tomatoes were also old and dry, the overall quality very poor, you need better supervision watching your food quality, been going to McDonald's for over 40 years, this particular McDonald's never again, more interested in getting food out quick than preparing food quality, never again going to this McDonald's and telling all my friends stay away from this one!

Ordered a fish filet sandwich. Order was taken promptly. Served hot. However, I do not understand why fish sandwiches don't have a full slice of cheese on them. Same at the Lacey McDonald's. The McDonald's on Rte 37 by the Stop and Shop near Clifton Avenue has put a full slice of cheese on fish sandwiches. Why on burgers, but not on fish?

After the new remodel they just did taking away free refills and put them behind the counter you now have to wait 20 minutes just to get a small Coke. It's obvious the owner of this McDonald's just wants you to use the drive-thru

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Every time i come to this place since the “chapman family” has taken over , the wait is extended , the food takes longer and it’s almost never fresh so why the wait? The “managers” are rude. Drive to the next closest mcdonalds and save yourself a lot of wasted time and energy.
