Love the crowd and atmosphere. Food needs an upgrade. Lunch specials and happy hour great. Sometimes, I feel like not enough staff on hand mid day. The staff are not checking in enough on table services.

Mac's is always a great place to go. The food is excellent. They are always adding delicious specials. Everyone there always makes you feel welcomed! Many different forms of entertainment too! Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Worst Service Ever! The male bartender acted like we were bothering him just by ordering drinks. Then, the female server brought our food and drinks and disappeared, never coming back to check if the food was okay or if we needed anything else. The bar wasn’t even busy, so there’s no excuse.
The kicker? I accidentally tipped less than 20%—$8 on an $80 bill—because I miscalculated. Suddenly, the bartender is paying attention and says, "I'm sorry, was the service bad?" I was caught off guard and realized my mistake, but honestly, after that attitude, they deserved nothing! A tip is earned, not an entitlement, and their nasty demeanor and terrible service shouldn’t have gotten a dime.
If you’re looking for rude staff, bad drinks, and an all-around miserable experience, this is the place for you. If not, stay far away.

Food is always good and so is the service.Everyone is always friendly. Our favorite spot to go.
I used to enjoy your pub for a good lunch spot up until today, when several boisterous patrons quite loudly and vulgarly voiced their respective thoughts on the current political climate, apparently without any regard of possibly being offensive to anyone else in the place. That kind of atmosphere will lose customers, like me, who just want to enjoy their food and beverage without listening to angry men voice obnoxious opinions. I won't be back.

My husband's dinner never came . When we questioned it she said I'll go check. I saw her putting the order in. I went to her and asked her not to as it took an hour to receive the food. I saved to speak to a manager she explained it was her first night. Then another manager came over asked if we were waiting on another dinner we told him no because it would take too.long and told him the waitress forgot to put my husband's food order in his reply was so she made a mistake and walked away. In the end we each have my husband some of our entrees and paid the bill and left. Not a word of apology or even say let me get you a drink on the house. Worst management I have ever seen not even sorry for what happened

Horrible experience today 10/26. Today my family and I came for dinner to celebrate my pregnancy. We were given a new waitress which is fine ! Everyone has a first day. Unfortunately everyone’s food came out except one. We asked The waitress where the fourth order is she said let me check. She then added the order in way after everyone’s food came out. No big deal we asked to cancel the order and we shared our plates with the fourth person whose meal was missing. A man (manager) came up to our table and spoke so poorly to us dismissing the fact that there was a missing order. Instead of apologizing and asking what he can do for us he angrily states “ okay yea every makes mistakes”. Yes we understand that but as a manager that’s not how you approach your patrons. I manage a medical building and our patients are always right and get treated with the most respect. Very disappointed especially considering that’s how you speak to a pregnant woman.

We went there to meet other people there first time there. The server was excellent she told us to take our time . She didn’t rush us out and told us to stay as long as we wanted . We were a told of 6 people first time there for me. I would highly recommend this place they had a band playing. We were seated at a high top which great and in the corner which was perfect far us since we were able to talk freely with out a lot of noise . We only went there for deserts and drinks.

I love this place. What to say...we liked it prior to new ownership, now we LOVE it!! ❤️ The food is delicious! The service is always great, the girls are so nice. Tina & Mary always great to us. We got a to go order today & the food was just as GREAT as when we are there. I can't say enough niceties. Thank you!
