I broke my ankle and am currently in a boot and use a walker to walk. My birthday is coming up and I got a email for a free Bundt cake. Because of my circumstances it’s a lot to walk far distances. In the front of the store it doesn’t have a lip so that a wheelchair can get on the sidewalk so I had to walk further away to get into the store. I sent my boyfriend in to get my Bundt cake. When he went in the girl told him due to their policy I had to come in the store to get my cake. Nowhere on the email does it say I need to any of that. I ended up going in to get my Bundt cake but that’s ridiculous. I understand policy but you can’t make an exception for someone currently recovering from an injury. All I wanted was my Bundt cake. After emailing with Ava the franchise owner she showed no sympathy to my situation. And just quoted the policy. I was sitting in the car right in front of the store, they can’t make an exception this one time. Needless to say I will not be returning due to the disrespect and the way the situation was handled.

Always a delight to visit! The moment you walk in, it smells amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. The bundlets are consistently moist and scrumptious—truly a treat every time. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I’m not a fan of cream cheese icing but their is delicious and pairs perfectly with their Bundt cake flavors. We ordered buntinis for my fiancé’s birthday and they were a massive hit! We get some for every occasion now including my upcoming baby shower. This is the perfect snack to grab and go when you are having a sweet craving and does t break the bank.
As for the shop itself, it is immaculate. Always clean and spotless, smells great and the staff is super friendly. Love having this place nearby!
