The service was good, and the food, on the other hand, was bad; I feel that a Ragu sauce was just warm and added to my pasta. It was full because people
Can eat unlimited soup.

The service was good. The chicken dish I had was okay. They said it was new on their menu. I had the same dish Olive garden in manahawk in and it was excellent there.

This Olive Garden experience wasnt great but ok...I havent been to one in 3 yrs so my daughter and I decided to go...Service was Excellent, Atmosphere was nice, my cutlery wrapped in large dinner napkin was dirty so needed new one, food was a 3 which was mediocre, because the taste is definitely not like an authentic Italian restaurant made by Italians. Overall I'd say it wasnt real bad, but was a mediocre experience. Calamari was not seasoned well...shrimp in my pasta dish was a little overcooked and rubbery, but the steak my daughter had in her pasta dish she said was done well and tasted good...Salad was ok but 2 black olives only and some lettuce wilted...I don't think I will be back as I prefer an authentic Italian restaurant with authentic Italian dishes. It's not that I'm hard to please, but I think once you've had the best and it's authentic Italian and a great restaurant...it's hard to eat at a chain restaurant like Olive Garden.

Hunter, a new server was very helpful and friendly. Made the experience a little better. Although, Lynn (Manager or leadership role) already ruined our dining experience with her bad attitude at the front door. Her snarky comments left a bad taste in our mouths that was more detrimental than the taste of the food. Not worth it. Will not be back. Lynn could definitely use some customer service training. I could tell her team was stressed and unmotivated. Bad leadership can ruin a business. Good Luck!
