This Olive Garden experience wasnt great but ok...I havent been to one in 3 yrs so my daughter and I decided to go...Service was Excellent, Atmosphere was nice, my cutlery wrapped in large dinner napkin was dirty so needed new one, food was a 3 which was mediocre, because the taste is definitely not like an authentic Italian restaurant made by Italians. Overall I'd say it wasnt real bad, but was a mediocre experience. Calamari was not seasoned well...shrimp in my pasta dish...
It was very disappointing as far as the food. The bread was hard on the ends. We had chicken parmesan, and the chicken was tough to chew. The staff said the big wigs were there, so I decided not to mention it. Our server was delightful. She was the best part of our visit.
Our server Kate was phenomenal. She was training and did such a wonderful job serving me and my family. She made sure we were taking cared of and had our food right. Me and my family were satisfied with our service.
