This dining experience turned out to be amazing. My niece is celiac and needs gluten free options in a restaurant besides rice. Much to my delight, our server Mia explained the whole menu to my niece to invite her to try some of the GF items on the menu. Most restaurants don't even have a GF item and if they do can't guarantee there isn't cross contamination (meaning using the same grill or cooking vessel to prepare the food). Mia was so kind and took time to show my niece dining out can be a good experience. KUDOS to Mia. More restaurants should take a lesson from PF Changs!

Haven’t been to PF Changs in a long time. This was a nice surprise. Tanvir was an excellent sever and we basically had the restaurant to ourselves for lunch. Lettuce wraps were delicious. The dynamite shrimp had too many peppers and onions. We will definitely be back but I won’t order that again.
