We ordered pizza and when it arrived, we realized our topping was left off the pizza. We called and spoke to Steve, who sent out another pizza immediately, and included a free 2 liter bottle of soda. Steve was extremely accommodating and took care of the problem quickly and graciously. Thank you Steve!!! Highly recommend this Papa Johns establishment.

I checked my order before contacting here. We received 2 pepperoni sausage pizza instead of 1 plain. Was told by the assistant manager that I have to contact door dash but kept telling me the order is correct. I was willing to bring the pie there to get the correct one and he had a I dont care attitude and stayed quiet.

Ordered some of the Papas pairings for delivery. Med pizza with sausage,peperoni,onions,black olives & mushrooms. Garlic parmesan boneless wings & the chocolate chip cookie. In my opinion well worth the price & quick delivery.

Ordered for Super bowl LIX and pizzas were not cut and overcooked. Also, the delivery guy doesn't want to hand over the pizzas until he gets tip. What a service!!! Your delivery guy is not from Doordash but your own. It's a forceful and like a holdup!
