The food is ok, not great. Service is very good.My only complaint is turntables are cleaned with a very strong smelling cleaner which kind of ruins the meal IMO.

Best cheesesteaks around! My favorite by far! We get the combos and they last us 2 meals each. Loaded with meat and good selection of different cheeses to mix in.

It was my first time coming here and the chicken steak sandwich was delicious. But what made the sandwich even better was the service with a smile. With good food and good people you can’t go wrong. Best chicken steak sandwich in Toms River. I would have shown a picture of my sandwich but it’s in my stomach right now. But you get the point. Lol

Not much update to the interior since Burger 25 moved as it wasn't necessary since it had just been renovated. My pizza steak was meat, cheese, then sauce on top. Was hoping for more of a mix and/or blending of the ingredients. Couldn't taste much cheese, but it was good. The Roast Pork Italiano sandwich was good, but was missing flavor. With both sandwiches, the rolls were great. The side fries were decent. While I ate most of mine, my dining guest was less enthusiastic about them.Definitely going to try again as the overall experience was good.

Really good Cheese steak. I definitely recommend trying it out. The atmosphere is kind of stark. The room is chilly so bring a coat. We were the only people in the place and still took 20 minutes to get our food. All that aside, it's still worth a try.

PhillyPhillyI thought I was a Pat's guy. I have been for years. I've tried all the others too, all through South Philly. I grew up eating them up and down the Seaside Heights boardwalk, and usually settled for Midway, even though they've gone way downhill over the years. Either that or I've become more discerning - hard to tell which. I even made and served my own version when I owned restaurants in the '90's. Thought I'd seen and tasted them all. Until now. I stopped at PhillyPhilly on Eastbound Route 37 in Toms River late one evening last week. I figured I'd give them a try. The owner told me their cheesesteaks are the best. They all say that. They never are. Until now. I got the classic cheesesteak - nothing but a roll with meat and yellow Whiz. I got onions and hot cherry peppers on the side, but I wanted to taste the bare-bones, pure form first. I was amazed. The meat was juicy, delicious, perfectly chopped and cooked, and wow, was there a lot of it. The roll was a full 12" long, and meat was spilling out along the entire length. It had the just right amount of Whiz - enough to coat the meat on every bite, but not so much that it runs out all over your clothes. I was wearing a suit, so that issue was important! Even the roll itself was delicious. Fresh, soft, with just enough 'give' when you bite into it, but still sturdy enough to hold up through the whole meal. The entire combination was sublime. If you're on your way into Seaside, do yourself a favor and stop for one of these beauties before you get there. These Cheesesteaks blow away anything that's available up on the boards, and a better value to boot.

Nice place for a cheesesteak. Establishment is very clean & service is quite pleasant. Cheesesteak steak was huge, more steak than I've ever had before. Shared with my wife & we both were full. A bit pricey but food was very good.

Amazing Cheesesteak! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and the food is out of this world. Tender, well cooked steak and perfect bread.

I finally was able to get over there to see if all the hype was real! YES, ABSOLUTELY!! This location was a very clean, spacious (for it's size), and had a hint of the Jersey Shore vibe too. The staff that was working, when I visited were very polite and willing to assist. A classic Philly Cheese steak menu with Philly based pretzels and chip's. To me, a definite stop before heading to the beach.Parking: A little tight, but, this is not a large restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It had ramps that led up to the door. However, the door appeared to be a little too skinny to get a wheelchair into.

My family stopped on a whim while driving through Toms River to Seaside Heights. This place is an absolute keeper. I think we’ll stop EVERY time we are in town. Great food, excellent service, and so friendly.Talk about quality food and service. This place was excellent, easily as good as any famous joint in PA. Not only was the food perfectly fresh and on point, one could easily tell it was made to order and with high quality ingredients. The staff were so delightful. They were so friendly to my children and pregnant wife it was awesome. The hospitality was unmatched, honestly. And I have eaten at random Philly cheese steak places literally coast to coast.

I ordered 3 cheesesteaks. The spicy one came out fine and my nephew loved it. But the other two had barely any cheese on it. Mine which was just a normal cheesesteak had no cheese when I asked for mozzarella. It was so nasty for that price I paid!
