We recently visited Pizza Hut and realized they no longer offer waiter service. However, you can still order takeout and enjoy your meal inside the restaurant. Despite the change, the experience was quite pleasant.
Employee Chuck was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was good, and the breadsticks were absolutely amazing.
Overall, even with the new setup, Pizza Hut continues to deliver a satisfying dining experience thanks to their great staff and delicious food.

Sent me the wrong item and no one could help me fix the issue. Told me I would hear from upper management in 1-3 days instead of having a representative help me with my issue right away.
We ordered dinner from here tonight and was missing half my order. Kept trying to call for over an hour and got hung up on and laughed at and also was told that I couldn’t be helped when trying to figure this out. NEVER did talk to someone so I’ll have to take the lose I guess. Will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Got takeout for me and my husband and they forgot one of our cheese sticks. When i tried to get in contact with them they refused to answer put me on an hour hold and also hung up on me. Terrible service

I gave the atmosphere one star cause why must the customers and most importantly the EMPLOYEES work with the air conditioner not working inside? Come on Pizza Hut do better it’s like 100 degrees outside for these people to be working in the heat.
