Not sure if he’s related to the owners but cmon he needs some customer service training.I get it it’s hard to deal with customers but cmon we choose to work there.

No servers for dine in on a Saturday night. We had several people, big order, and we had to serve ourselves. I would be fine with it but there were errors on our order. They also did not process my reward points and refuse to rectify.

Pizza Hut isn't what it used to be at all, but this location seems especially egreigous. The pizza always arrives dry, lukewarm, and stiff, the cheese doesn't even have any pull to it, and the flavor is basically nil.On top of that, the pricing is insane at this location. $15 for a large that's smaller than the spot next to my house for virtually the same price? $4 more for stuffed crust? The '$7 menu' isn't even $7 here, the medium pizzas start at $9!That isn't even taking into account the insane $4.50 delivery fee, AND the fact that they now use DoorDash to deliver and not their own drivers, who don't even keep it in a bag. They don't tell you they're using DD though, I only found that out when I saw the guy pull up in an unmarked car with the app on his phone.Just do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else in town. Even one of the other chains is better now. Sad what Pizza Hut has become.

They dont haveany wait staff so you can order and sit at a table but no wait staff. We had the hot honey pizza and a black.olive both deep dish both really

Place used to be filled every weekend and daily around dinner time, but now it's a ghost town. It's sad but the service is always great and good food. Covid and corporate downsizing killed the atmosphere and nostalgia pizza hut used to have.
Fast and efficient service. Pizza is the best. Facilities especially the restroom is not good.

Just walk in here with my family. The worker barely looked at me. Didn’t even greet us . standing waited for 15 minutes to be seated No one never came so we just walked out..Never again.Thanks for the horrible service
