Qutis succulent soul creations

Ordered the oxtails and jerk chicken. When the order shows up, it's just the jerk chicken and the driver said they would refund the oxtails. I even called the store and the rude lady on the other end said it would be refunded. Still waiting on the refund. That was 2 days ago. Didn't realize there was a 24 hour deadline on the dispute button through doordash. Lesson learned. Won't be ordering from here again.

This was my first time eating there and when I tell the food was good, turkey wings was so good along with the baby back ribs. I will be returning ? ☺️

I really really wanted to love this place as I been holding off on getting there because of my busy schedule and I finally had the time and day to try this place out! I personally did not care for the food the chicken wings were so huge and way to smothered covered in bbq sauce the sauce was overpowering the chicken and the meat was very tough .. the Mac and cheese was used with penne noodles? lol but now i know to not order from there again I had to try it to finally find out lol but the woman who owns it was very sweet and was very pleasant and I still wish her nothing but blessings to continue her with food business and wish her all the luck because I am very sure she has worked hard for it keep striving and growing mam and many blessing to you all ?

I expected more from here! First, the “store” is in the back of a corner store, the Mac and cheese didn’t look like no of the other reviews it was giving shells and cheese, the “Jerz wings” was just mid chicken with hot sauce, the highlight of the platter was the cabbage! 17$ wasted don’t recommend.

Hi I’m Patricia from Jackson nj..I’ve ordered my food from Quti’s and it was on point..everything was just like I ordered.. the service was great ..NO WAITING TO LONG.!! Listen sometimes you got wait to get the good stuff.. AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SOUL FOOD TO EVERYONE I KNOW.. THEY WILL THANK ME LATER.!!!!!.NO NEED FOR A LONG DRAWN OUT SPEACH . I hadn't indulged in soul food for quite some time, but my recent visit was an absolute delight. The banana pudding was simply delicious, and the chicken and waffles were a sweet treat that I thoroughly enjoyed. The collard greens were a standout - they packed a punch of flavor that left me impressed. I must say, they hit me harder than reality! I will definitely be returning for more of this fantastic soul food experience.

Let’s talk about it, because i think a $100+ order should have never been this difficult. But i ordered at 7:15pm… it’s 9:18 and i still haven’t got my food. After coming to google and realizing the restaurant is actually closed i decide to call. I was told by a woman that she was cooking my food my dasher was there and the food would be here soon she was also so glad i called because they were out of chicken and cheese empanadas…. (I called around 8:30 when was she going to call me and notify me they didn’t have the items i ordered) Now i get a message from my dasher that says they’re looking for a new dasher to pick up my food. The previous dasher had left I cancelled immediately no way am i getting food at 10pm that i ordered at 7pm … i think if your kitchen and company has one star and this many issues with ordering (many customers have this problem constantly) a company shouldn’t be on a platform like DoorDash … and if your incapable to managing time and cooking you shouldn’t be operating …..

Parking: The parking is never an issue. It's very convenient.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, you can bring your children and they get treated with kindness and catered to.
