Our server, Fern, at the Toms River location was absolutely spectacular! From the moment she greeted us with a smile and hello, we felt instantaneously welcome to the restaurant!! Her customer service skills and upselling skills were beyond exceptional! We came in with the idea of just getting a little something to eat, and she helped us broaden our horizons and tried the new salt and vinegar shrimp!( out of this world) she refilled our beverages in a timely manner, checked on us frequently, did not rush us with the endless shrimp options and spaced out the timing of the next dish perfectly! Kudos to the team in Toms River and a big thank you to our server Fern for making our experience pleasant! Will definitely be back because of food and service!!!

The hostess is the first person you talk to when you enter this establishment.. it would be better if they had a different hostess who actually likes people and is friendly.. It's a turn off, the attitude is very unprofessional...Made me want to leave, but my family was looking forward to eating here.. Thank God the wait staff was great.. but it did take a long time for our drinks and food to come out.. so one star off for the attitude and another off for the long wait.. food was good, atmosphere ok..

I go there for the cheddar biscuits, I have to admit it is the best Alfredo sauce I've ever had they said they make it fresh there! My boyfriend was really happy with the shrimp deal you could get two different sets of shrimp with a salad for $17. The waitress was terrific and we left very happy too full for dessert. The cocktails looked excellent alsoVegetarian options: I always get the pasta Alfredo with broccoli. It is wonderful. Also, I love their blue cheese salad dressing.Parking: The parking lot was very full. We ended up parking all the way in the back in lot next-door.Wheelchair accessibility: It was all one level to make it easy for a wheelchair. There was even bathroom accessibility for a wheelchair.
My family had a party and the private room, employees, and food were all top notch. Scheduling the event was easy and they were very accommodating with changes we requested for our event. This was our second private party we had there and I would absolutely go back and recommend it to our friends and family!

I waited 45 minute for my food, waitress never cleared the table. All the tables were empty before food arrived.Parking: Two separate parking lots. One is easier to get to then the other. The easier to get to one is alot smaller.

Shrimp Walts certainly not like it used to be, extra charge for lots of stuff, front desk had us walk past numerous open tables to sit even seeing my wife walking with a cane and my limp, by the time we caught up to her, she was not interested in allowing us to move, the grumpy waitress was even worse, unfortunately we didn't get the great sounding one with tables all around ours who was very accommodating to her guests, ours WAS NOT, first time I left 18 % tip in years, usually round up from 22% or more. this used to be a goto location in Tom's River, my wife even said with an upcoming trip to Fla when we also usually hit a R/L, won't be on the list..

This is by far the nicest Red Lobster location that I've been to. So nice that my friend who lives in north Jersey travels down here for our lunch dates because she loves it too. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great. Andrew was our waiter on Tuesday and he is AMAZING! So friendly and attentive.
