The original Rich's Ice Cream

Gabby was helping me at the counter today, she has a warm inviting smile and is very knowledgeable of her flavors of hard ice-cream. She is also very good with accommodations and creation of cannoli sundaes. I would highly recommend anyone to stop on the way to or from the beach in the summer or looking for something sweet during the winter months.

Best cannoli flurry I've ever had it's a must try

Sorry but this was a gross cannoli flurry that was almost $10 for a 12 ounce. Hardly any flavor, sawdust like chocolate chips, no cannoli shell except one piece that tasted like cardboard, runny, soupy texture upon getting it and a sickenly sweet sugar level. Only had a few bites and throw out the rest. Far cry from what we used to get back in the day at the real Rich’s not this cheaply made imposter product.

Horrible experience. Went twice both times given the wrong thing I bought 4 furrys. Asked for a specific one wasn't what I order. I understand once but two times is bad. Spent 42 dollars a little overpriced

Most boring, almost nonexistent mint flavor I’ve ever had in my ice cream. Disappointing. Everyone was lovely and place is clean. Chocolate chip mint - tasteless.

I come here with my sister whenever we can and it is always an enjoyable experience. The ice cream is the best and the workers behind the counter are the sweetest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. Great place.

Girl behind counter rolled her eyes and made a face at her coworkers when my daughter had a difficult time requesting what she wanted, I would highly recommend retraining on working with the public, especially children - being as families with children are a huge part of your market. Very disappointed in her behavior and will not return.

On Sunday afternoon I went in and Gabby at Rich’s ice cream was so sweet and attentive! Great customer service skills. The ice cream was so yummy too!
