The best soft ice cream place in Tom’s River area . I have been going to Rich’s since 1978!
Delicious as always and the girl working the counter was a pleasure to deal with.
Holy cannoli this ice cream is so good. We got the cannoli sundae and peanut butter cup and both were out of control delicious. Cheers to a great ice cream spot!

So I get a strawberry sundae and because I don't like too many seeds I ask the girl for few strawberries and mostly strawberry syrup. Simple request right ? wrong - I get home and theres maybe 6 or 8 strawberries and ZERO syrup ! And the ice-cream supposed to be hard vanilla is soft ! Probation til 2026 ! I'll be at Mrs. Walkers til end of this summer. It is as if they do not understand the English language ! smh
There is nothing I look forward to more on my trips to Toms River than a Rich’s Cannoli flurry.

Gabby was helping me at the counter today, she has a warm inviting smile and is very knowledgeable of her flavors of hard ice-cream. She is also very good with accommodations and creation of cannoli sundaes. I would highly recommend anyone to stop on the way to or from the beach in the summer or looking for something sweet during the winter months.

Sorry but this was a gross cannoli flurry that was almost $10 for a 12 ounce. Hardly any flavor, sawdust like chocolate chips, no cannoli shell except one piece that tasted like cardboard, runny, soupy texture upon getting it and a sickenly sweet sugar level. Only had a few bites and throw out the rest. Far cry from what we used to get back in the day at the real Rich’s not this cheaply made imposter product.

Horrible experience. Went twice both times given the wrong thing I bought 4 furrys. Asked for a specific one wasn't what I order. I understand once but two times is bad. Spent 42 dollars a little overpriced
