I ordered a custom icecream for a special occasion. Cake was made exactly to my request, everything from the different layers, icecream flavors, & toppings. Everyone enjoyed the cake and asked, where is the icecream cake from? If you have a peanut butter lover in your life, I highly recommend this peanut butter themed icecream cake. Aside from this custom order, we are regular customers. The icecream sundaes are our favorite. You always get good portions (scoops) served. The medium is almost too much for me. That's a good thing. Chocolate Chip Mint, Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and topped with M & Ms is my favorite. This review is for the Lanoka Harbor, NJ location.

Rude young girl behind the counter . Excessive credit card fees 3.99% are you kidding me. Fine dining establishments don’t even charge that . Never again ! Buyer beware . Girl behind counter rang un 10.16 for her friend then she discounted him 2.00 after using his card !!!!!!

Could you stop with the mini hate cues? I mean there are thousands of people who are not so ungrateful to have a job and a paycheck who are much humble to wanna work so maybe perhaps don’t come to work if you hate your customers.

Went for the classic hot fudge Sunday. Sapphire our doggie got the original pup cup lol. Been going to riches since high-school which was in the 1900s lol. Even took home some package goods. Place is still amazing ❤️❤️❤️

I ordered a small sheet cake from Rich's for my daughter's birthday party. The entire top layer slide off. The following day, I called and spoke to the owner/manager Hailey. After telling her what happened, her first words to me were "this sometimes happens, I'm not giving you your money back, I'm sure you enjoyed our ice cream". Due to the fact that I never even asked for my money back, this caused me to go from unhappy to aggravated. I posted a negative, but respectful comment on their Facebook page. I expected them to reach out to me either by commenting or sending a message. They did neither. They deleted my comment and blocked me. I tried several times to add a picture of the screen shot of my post on TripAdvisor, but it keeps deleting them.
I've been coming here forever. Reminds me of when I was a kid.

The best ice cream on the shore.. got a couple of pints great flavors peanut butter Oreo and cappuccino crunch both equally amazing and pricing isn’t that bad for homemade stuff at around $6…highly recommend a visit and so much other good stuff to have flurries are amazing as well and so many good variations to choose from

The Cannoli Sundae is DELICIOUS!! We got it with soft serve vanilla and it was great. The cannoli cream is really good.

The flurry was completely melted with huge chunks of fruit. Didn't believe this was my order and they said "the fruit makes it like that"
