Omg so many flavors I didn't know what to choose from . The woman behind the counter was a doll as she let me sample the Pumpkin Cheesecake and omg it's to die for. I decided to get a scoop of Pumpkin Cheesecake and Egg Nog to go. They offer soft serve and hard of the eggnog flavor. I'm upset with myself for never stopping in here. Inside you get the feel of an old school ice cream shop from all of the signs. I will be returning before they close on the 23rd. Oh and thank you so much for the ice cream sandwiches

I have loved this ice cream shop since I was a kid. I tried the Cone Oli for the first time. It tasted amazing but I had no idea how massive it was. It was worth the stomach cramps. Large enough to share with someone else.

I ordered a small sheet cake from Rich's for my daughter's birthday party. The entire top layer slide off. The following day, I called and spoke to the owner/manager Hailey. After telling her what happened, her first words to me were "this sometimes happens, I'm not giving you your money back, I'm sure you enjoyed our ice cream". Due to the fact that I never even asked for my money back, this caused me to go from unhappy to aggravated. I posted a negative, but respectful comment on their Facebook page. I expected them to reach out to me either by commenting or sending a message. They did neither. They deleted my comment and blocked me. I tried several times to add a picture of the screen shot of my post on TripAdvisor, but it keeps deleting them.

The cannoli sundae is pretty good. But super rich. Small is good for sharing. Lady was very friendly too.

My son and I stood in line for 20 minutes without even a recognition from behind the counter. There was only one other customer and instead of her helping us she proceeded to have a conversation with her friend about Toms River instead of waiting on us . We continued to wait patiently not interrupting her but she still never acknowledged us until we decided to leave so my son was not late for baseball. Waiting in line patiently without even an acknowledgement is beyond ridiculous.
