I'm really confused because I've heard great thing about this place. Just got two chicken parm paninis and they were barely edible. The chicken was ice cold and just placed onto panini bread with the cheese. Nothing was melted or hot. The bread was so crunchy the roof of my mouth still hurts from it. Pur kids burger was good enough for them, but $36 for hardly edible food is a little crazy.
Ordered through grub hub. Order came right on time. Food came hot and was yummy. 😋Hash browns had a slight crunch still even after the trek here in the car!Kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our brunch!

I was at Saige Cafe in Community Memorial hospital and the women whominwas told was the manager (blond ponytail) was so obnoxious to the staff (some are special Needs) and to the customers. She barked at her staff who was busy taking care of clients that a counter needed to be cleaned. I don't care what her excuse is you deal With the public in a highly emotional setting you need to check your attitude. You are in an environment that you dwal with the elderly who might not get what a “pannini†is, so there is no need to degrade her.

Customer service is terrible and wen you tell them they did not give you what you order they get nasty and food is not that good overall I can deal with the food but not people who are nasty and unreasonable
