I came here twice once on a Saturday around 12 and the next day on a Sunday on Saturday one of the ladies that was making the drinks was yelling at the lady at the register and when I came back on Sunday, I got a phone call while I was on the register and the lady at the register, rolled her eyes at me and once it was time for me to get my drink The other girl was giving me an attitude. I don’t understand how these people don’t get in trouble. I guess it’s because it’s New Jersey and the laws are different but their customer service sucks and they’re actually so rude to each other. It’s so terrible no teamwork.

I was always a Dunkin Donuts girl. I'm not sure when the switch happened, But I can tell you, You will never catch me at a Dunkin' Donuts again! I realized that coffee was very bland @DD. At Starbucks, my favorite is the caramel crunch. My son's favorite, he is 4 years old mind you LOL! Is the strawberry lemonade refresher.
And we always buy a Danish, my favorite being the Cheese Danish! Unfortunately, I do have a complaint! I bought a Starbucks coffee cup key chain from the front counter. It was a miniature and I loved it. A coffee cup that opens and you could put whatever you want in it or keep it as a decoration on your keychain. I more than loved it! It was my favorite! Then sadly, I broke it. I believe my keys slipped out of my hands and the cheap plastic exploded everywhere on my front porch. No biggie. I thought to myself. Even though I was upset. And they are NOT CHEAP! I would just go by another one. So I did... Once again, it broke on me! This time. I had put my key into my car door and the key chain top fell right off and onto the road. And smashed once again! At that point, I was getting so frustrated. I wanted that key chain! I told my grandfather in a fit about it. To my surprise, the very next day. He brought me my third and final keychain! It was so thoughtful of him! It meant more to me. Then the other ones did because it came from my grandfather! It held value. To me other than just being a keychain. I loved and wanted. As I thought the saga had ended, one day I looked at my keychain and the top would not screw on correctly. I do not know how that happened. I don't remember breaking it or being rough on it. And my keychain mostly sits in my purse. And no, I don't have a lot of items in my purse. Let alone heavy items that would break plastic! I was so upset, at my witts end. Then the most unfortunate event happened and my grandfather passed away. That made that stupid keychain have so much more value to me! So much more value than it did before. I tried to fix it, and screw the top back onto the bottom correctly, Nothing worked! The amount of money that I've spent to get it replaced and replaced and replaced is ridiculous! So I called Starbucks headquarters. I talked to a supervisor and she told me she would be sending me a free keychain in the mail! I was so excited! Happy! And impressed that Starbucks would offer before I even asked or said anything! Well, this phone call had to have been at least six months ago. - Possibly longer! PATHETIC! Do you think I received the keychain? NO... I knew it would take a little bit to reach my house. I started checking the mailbox the second week. I started opening my mailbox every single day waiting for the moment to receive my package. BUT I NEVER DID!!!! WHY TELL ME YOU WOULD SEND ME ONE, AND NOT!? BEYOND DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. Especially after telling her that my first two broke and the third one had meaning to me. The woman was so nice and understanding, I had no doubts in my mind that it would never show up! Well, It never did. Still waiting for Starbucks! She also said she would be giving me a twenty-five-dollar gift certificate to Starbucks as well. Why make up fibs? THIS IS HOW STARBUCKS TRULY TREATS IT'S CUSTOMER'S. And I am a loyal customer. I go and buy Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY! I EVEN HAVE THE APP! NOT ANY MORE... F THE KEY CHAIN. I WANT TO KNOW WHY. ??? WHY. TELL ME ID BE SENT ITEMS FOR MY HARDSHIP AND BE SENT NOTHING!

Menu is limited and they are out of stock on multiple items (not just one day). Can’t scan rewards QR code for stars. Workers attitudes are poor. Drinks made wrong. I guess thanks for heating up my egg bites properly, those were fine. Easily worst ran Starbucks I’ve been too. Go head and close this dump down

Wish I could give this dump a 0 or even in the negatives. I got a strawberry açaí refresher and it came with a BUG in it. So unsanitary and disgusted in this filthy place. DO NOT GO.

My husband and I mostly order through the Starbucks app ahead of time and then walk in to pick up items. We order americanos, lattes, and cappachinos, mostly. Wait times are minimal. To date, our orders have been correct. Occasionally, we sit in and have coffee. I have to say that Starbucks is a great addition to Lacey. It's on Lacey Road, in a convenient location. The inside is roomy. There seems to be a nice atmosphere there, with some people choosing to work their on their laptops, couples, children, teenagers, families. Staff is friendly. I just wanted to give an overall review of our experience so far.
